Ang napansin ko iba pala talaga ang strength and endurance ng 40s compared to 30s/20s. Lots of guys in their 40s saying that they are peak health in their 40s pero di naman na kaya magpuyat, ilan days lang na sunod sunod na puyat nagkakasakit na. Compared sa 30s or 20s na kahit walang tulog, work the whole day, labas sa gabi tapos puyatan pero buhay na buhay pa 🤣

I suppose that translates in bed too...
