Wala naman personal info na pinost yung taga BOI. Just the cover of the passport and her pic. Parang pinicturan mo ang din si Ozawa ng di niya alam tapos pinost mo sa FB yung pic niya. At the most reprimand lang pwedeng ibigay dun sa BOI employee. Yung iba ang sa FB ang OA, mag file daw ng criminal charges.

Doesn't matter. it's private business, and as an employee handling sensitive documents, you are not supposed to divulge *any* information from your post.

That's automatic grounds for suspension or dismissal na, AFAIK.

Is she in a position to publicly disclose the name of the persons applying for a work visa?
If not then she should be liable for some infraction.
Plus the fact she used her personal social media account.

If this is an official announcement from the BOI, then there is no problem with that. I've seen in newspapers notice from the government listing the names of foreign nationals applying for work visa in the country. But that is an official notice. Not from a personal fb account. ffs.

And syempre maiisip mo kung gaano ka-safe ang mga documents mo (some with personal info) na sinabmit mo sa gobyerno tsk tsk tsk.

I'm not saying na wala siyang fault. All I'm saying is masyadong OA yung ibang mga nagcocomment sa FB na mag file daw ng criminal case. A reprimand is something that is administrative, pwedeng verbal or written warning to suspension. Pero to file a criminal case that's OA na.

this is the 2nd time nabiktima sya ng kanyang kasikatan. The 1st time was with Uber drivers here in PH. ginagawa syang Text mate ng mga Uber drivers na nasakyan nya. Mukhang turn off na sya sa Pinas.

I don't see it as being OA.

AFAIK, it is a criminal act (at least under our law... would have to look it up), and like I said, one that can result in people getting fired from their jobs.
