Into the Night very poor acting.... Season 1 was just okay but Season 2 I didn't like it.

not really that bad naman ang acting. wala lang hysterics and no frills ang style nila

last night i watched " they shall not grow old" and i'd rate it 10 out of 10.

docu-movie siya about how naive british and german youths enthusiastically and gamely gone off to battle in world war 1 and went home as weary young men despised and ignored by society.

they thought they were off to an exciting adventure only to realize how cruel his fellow man can be.

Lost in Space



The number one space adventure in Netflix. Will is now taller than his sister in this season lol. Season 3 was full of space adventure like the past 2 seasons and the ending was dramatic with Robot somehow gotten into SAR system. In the end, Will was in a different planet hinting probably a 4th season. Overall, 8/10.

pretty entertaining techno thriller of sorts. as usual, season 1 was a bang after w/c it became a struggle to be enthralling. pero it's good enough to watch especially while multi-tasking hehe

i can't still figure out if the female lead, otmara marrero, is real pretty or not. she's like the latina version of angelina jolie in some angles but sometimes not.

What if suddenly you wake up and found that you are stitch together with a complete stranger? I was expecting more with this film but sadly it lacks substance a poorly executed horror suspense film. Overall, 5/10.

it's a docu-movie about the open secret use of performance enhancing drugs (peds) in the pro sporting world. the flick also head-on tackled the murky cloak and dagger world of russia's state sponsored steroids "successful" sports program. it's a pretty interesting expose on what it takes to win in the highest levels of the ultra competitive universe of athletics - be it on the track, football pitch, basketball stadium, baseball diamond, or tennis court .

Colin in black and white

Colin kaepernick's puts racism in america in a whole new light w/ this mtv way of presentation w/c makes it very relatable to the younger generation w/c makes it dangerous for the establishment. I guess that's part of the reason why a predominantly white managed and white owned nfl is steering clear of kaepernick. His "take a knee" activism has caught on fire worldwide and is seen to be dangerous to the status quo of the league and the american way of life.

Actually, he reminds me of the nba's chris jackson, or more famously known as mahmud aldul-rauf. He was similarly pushed out by the nba league top brass because of his stubbornness to stop his silent but public protest against racism and the persecution of islams or what he labels as "american tyranny". Like kaepernick, he refused to stand in respect whenever the star-spangled banner was played.

Abdul-rauf was steph curry before Steph curry came along. He was that good that's why i idolized him growing up. He had Incredible handles w/ an incredible shooting range . In short, because of his relatively short stature, he was a very relatable basketball player who could've been very influential w/c means he could've been a problem.

it's a quirky version of 1998's deep impact. not much to say about it but it's a pretty good beer movie on a boring night.

Two doctors wanted to experiment and see real Ghost they went a step further and made a sacrifice in order to test their experiment. Will they succeed in seeing a real Ghost? 6/10.

Was searching for top trending shows in Netflix and "Manifest" came up. Reading the short description immediately reminded me of the mysterious Pan Am Flight 914 (or its derivative stories). Matagal na ang urban legend na ito so I was excited to watch the said show especially as it's #1 trending show in the Philippines. Akala ko naman movie, pero pag-click ko aba ay series na naman pala ito, with 3 seasons already at an average of 12 40-minute episodes per season. That's more than a full day of non-stop viewing already which I can't afford right now. Ang kailangan ko ay makabawi ng tulog at pahinga ngayon to toughen up my immune system. Sayang! Might have the odd free time to start watching this one of these days though.

So in lieu of that, nanood na lang ako ng Don't Look Up. I would probably give it a 6 though. I find some of the situations really quite funny, especially Jonah Hill. Might watch either Red Notice or Bird Box later. Just scrolling through some of the other titles, mukhang marami namang promising. I just find You Tube more compelling for me at the moment.

I finish watching this last week. Very impressive they can craft virtually anything out of chocolate hope they will have another season. Btw, there is a pinoy chocolatier but just ended up probably in top 4 or 5.

Anyone done watching Manifest Seasons 1 to 3? Does it get any better in Season 2 and 3? Currently on Season 1 and it started out great but the story keeps dragging until it gets boring.... what happened to the major why aren't they locating her? and why suddenly so many new characters shows up with the same marker as those in flight 828? and what's with the calling? just so many irrelevant stories piling up imo. I better watch other series instead of season 2.

Downton Abbey. I'm not really into royalty or drama but this got me interested. Superb acting from most of the cast.
