quezon city is lucky. it was planned. unlike the older settlement sites, whose road system was carelessly designed to cater to caretelas, and whose neighborhoods grew up without guidance of city planning.

i did notice, they are widening some segments of quezon avenue, but removing the plants in the middle in the process.

kaya nga doc ayoko ito si herbert kasi he is turning into a binay eh. Tingnan nyo bakit nagkakabangayan si bayani and jejomar dati kasi nga boplaks ito si nognog. Central business district tapos inaallow mo sidewalk parking eh ang liit ng eskinita jan. So tingnan nyo nangyari sa makati puro one-way. Kaya tiba-tiba MAPSA kasi isang mali mo eh huli ka. Yan ang haven for traffic violation kasi malilito ka talaga hindi planado. Yan ang reason bakit may sarili traffic rules ang makati hindi sakop ng mmda.

Imagine inallow yung mga highrise tapos hindi sya nagdemand na magprovide din ng parking si developer. Kaya tingnan nyo patay ang malls jan kasi bwisit ang tao nega ang vibes. Ang laki ng population ng cavite pero ang dinadayo mall si mall of asia. Dito sa quezon city ang nagpapapuno ng sm north eh taga bulacan. Ano madalas sa makati malls = mga caucasian na may dalang hiv/aids at pedophiles. At yung mga noypi nagpapasosy dinadala aso tapos eenglishin pa anak na tucha talaga!!!!
