hmmm... mali yata yang strategy ng Mazda Phil.

The Toyota Camry 2.4 and 2.0G are all standard leather na agad and also the Accords, if I'm not mistaken.

Mazda 6, dapat standard leather na agad yan since its priced at a little over 1.0M

IMHO lang.

ang ganda talaga nung 6...

but i'm pretty sure that mazda would be bringing in the 3.0 V6 soon, or at least the 160-hp 2.3L four-banger. mazda is trying to come up with a sporty image for its entire lineup that caters to the enthusiast, something that no mainstream manufacturer here currently holds.

making a big splash by introducing large engines with high outputs (something that has only very recently started with the Tribute V6) is sure to make a lasting impression on the enthusiast community, and fits with the image mazda is projecting for itself. kahit kakaunti yung bibili nung mga V6, maaalala yan ng mga tao and that would increase showroom traffic for the lesser bread-and-butter models (kinda like the Civic SiR did for Honda).

test drove it..it didnt feel like 134 horses only..ayoko na nga umalis kanina e..may bonus pang nakapark na rx8..swave.

test drove it too at the fort...

the steering is superb! meaty steering wheel, excellent feel, firm and direct. the engine and A/T were more responsive than the K20 and A/T in the cr-v, it feels quick even though the stopwatch would probably say otherwise. great room inside too, very close to the accord and camry. and the styling, inside and out, is greeeeeeeeeat!!

na test drive ko din kanina sa fort...hmmm parang hindi xa dapat kinlassify as sport sedan, dahil a/t xa... and masyado mahal... mas maganda pa ung rx-8 na nakaparada dun e..

nga pala, nakalabas na ba ung rx8 d2? private na kc ung plaka nung nakita ko kanina e?

it's a midsize sedan, but it's the one of the sportiest in its class. wala naman talagang formal classification na 'sports sedan' (the label could arguably applied from the Civic SiR to an M3 to a Quattroporte)

I've seen an Mazda6 upclose. aggressive styling talga. poging pogi whatever angle when you look at it. Nice 5 spoke swirl rims just like those found in Porches.

Medyo maliit nga lang compared to a camry and an Accord. Kasing laki lang yata ng Civic ES or yung Corolla Altis

gosh, sarap mag test drive ng mazda6 dba caloyski???

the engine almost behaves like a v6... very smooth... handling was damn superb! and the brakes are almost very noteworthy.

the only downside to it is the fabric seats.

the interior also is VERY roomy...
