just got back from dagupan did 430 kms. on 1500 pesos worth of diesel parang mga 11 plus km per liter ang andar ko haay ang tulin talaga kaso nag titipid sa diesel kaya up to 90 lang na cruising speed 110 lang pag oovertake ng kuliglig at trike hihihihi

madali lang sir ikabit meron ng linya dun sa intake papuntang turbo boost compensator. mag tap ka lang doon para sa turbo boost gauge. yun namang boost gauge ay meron ng hose at T-fittings. yung electricals na lang para sa lighting/illumination pero ito naman pwede na pakabit sa pagbibilhan mo libre na.

Devilsown Alcohol injection does it again.
Great results from 1500 to 3000rpm power and torque increases are great but the turbo does fall flat on it's face at around 3600rpms a pre-turbo nozzle would give you alot more gains in your top rpm range.
But look at the max gains
1500 rpms 14hp TQ 47LBS Max HP Gain 43% Max TQ gain 46%
2000 rpms 32hp TQ 84LBS Max HP Gain 63% Max TQ gain 65% HUGE!!
2500 rpms 17hp TQ 36LBS MAX HP Gain 20% Max TQ gain 21%
3000 rpms 10hp TQ 19LBS MAX HP Gain 10% Max TQ gain 11%
As we stated before these vehicles have undersized turbos and the pre turbo injection signifiacatly helps them with the top end power Just compare the starex dyno. If he puts on a Pre turbo nozzle the power up to will be much greater. But once again we prove without doubt our system flat out makes power on turbo diesels. Nothing your going to buy for 15K installed is going to give you that kind of power period.
All in all very impressive must be a blast to drive compared to stock.

dvldoc, thanks for posting the dyno results.
i don't want to exagerate but the MPV now feels lighter as it picks up speed easily. the device really works although performance tapers off at 3,5000rpm, but i seldom go beyond that range. so for city and light hi-way driving, post turbo nozzle set up is OK for me. maybe later, i will add a pre-turbo nozzle![]()
Unfortunately with the older diesels you will not have much of a top end improvement without improving the turbos efficiency with the pre-turbo injection. They are simply to smallBut you do have all the gains in usable rpm ranges Plus your fuel efficiency should go up nicely.
Yup. The drop-off at high rpms is inherent in the breathing ability of the engine itself... but man, I envy you... my Crosswind barely makes sixty horses... even WITH a turbo.

Nagulat din nga ako dun dyno results.
katatapos ko lang magpa-renew ng rehistro at oks na oks ang emission - 0.42 ang result. nung last year eh naka 1.0plus na ang emission ko.
tamang tama yan sir, parating pa lang yung stocks nila.
.. isip naman ako ng ibang ma-project dun MPV. BTW, malabo na ba yung third brake light nyo? ito yung red LEDs sa loob nung third brake light.
napalitan ko na yung LED kasi malabo na yung orig. nakabili ako ng surplus para sa lancer yata yun for P350 at mas mahaba yung LED ng 5". medyo tyagaan lang yung pagbukas nung assembly kasi nakadikit yung dugtungan. post ko pic ng result later.
for the water injection, monitor ko pa yung FC ko. pero sa tingin ko eh magdepende rin sa driving style. mabigat kasi paa ko sa accelerator.
sa ngayon 100% water muna ako. yung water consumption eh depende sa activation pressure setting. nung una eh mababa yung setting ko eh halos 50km/3liter ang water consumption. kaya tinaas ko setting, ngayon mga 120km/3liter na lang.
