How much does a Mazda 3 tail light (driver side) cost?

Yesterday i was clipped from behind by a tricycle while trying to parallel park (in broad daylight). To cut it short, the tricycle driver hurriedly sped away leaving me to pay for all the damages done. To add, only the outer/ housing glass(?) was damaged, the bulbs inside were left unscathed.

So, i would like to ask, how much does this cost (in the Casa)?

Note: My mazda 3 is the 2011 model.
