I only have v70.021. Good thing you posted that .100 is already available. I'll look for copy then! Guess I'll skip .021 and go straight to .100.

I'll wait for another year to see the current version to stabilize further. Preferably best to get software versions that end with an odd number.

Any idea how much it would cost for just a firmware update? So far I don't have any compelling issues with my infotainment system so there's no hurry for me to get the latest firmware. I just use MZD Connect for playing music from spotify and for some occasional phone calls while on the road.

If you're not getting the retrofit soon then there's no need to rush with the software update 8-)

Damn I'm still on OS Ver. 33[emoji30] Last year I asked the dealership and they said they didn't do updates. Hopefully all of them do so now. I might have to inquire again.

IIRC you cannot upgrade v33 directly to v70. Better to do it version by version. And expect blank stares from the service department when you ask

Older versions were not able to read SMS aloud if it contains an emoji. v56 just skips over any unknown characters or reads colons and parentheses out loud. They get a bit smarter and quicker per version upgrade
