Do you use the built in navigation or still waze? I think theres an option to connect to wifi so it gets updated with traffic etc. but not sure how reliable it is

I use Waze and at the same time, the built in navigation system. I just follow the voice prompt of Waze then look at the screen to confirm my direction.

I find it easier to use Waze to look for any address compared to the built-in navigation system.

When the air fuel mixture ignites by the heat of compression rather than by spark alone, knock & power loss occur. The knock is caused by two 'explosions'- one from the pre-ignition by compression and the other from the rest of the air/fuel being ignited at a slightly different time by the spark plug. Lower octane petrol can handle the least amount of compression before igniting.
When the engine's knock sensor senses these 2 ignitions(not necessarily audible), the ECU then retards timing. This is when it's less efficient.
Higher octane fuel has a higher compression ignition threshold...allowing more advanced timing.
Mazda found ways to engineer high comp Skyactivs not to ping w/ regular fuel. We get the best of 2 worlds... great efficiency w/ cheaper petrol.[emoji4]

If the engine is running at optimal ignition, raising the octane won't give any felt benefits.

Wrong credits, tyr0 good sir. WhiteMouse is all you & PeligRacing. I'm just a spectator & fan of its evolution....from a far distance. I shall pray for its smooth surgery, however minor, & swift recovery.[emoji4]

You meet great people there. And really learn a lot of things, specially troubleshooting common car problems and sourcing parts outside casa. And many more! If it weren't for the club, i wouldnt even be where i am now with whitemouse.

    M2ners? They're very well-run. The camaraderie, genuine.
Virtual advice is great, convenient, handy....But, live, in-the-flesh tinkering & solutions are things you'll appreciate more when needed.
That group has geniuses who'll awe you. tyr0 & PeligRacing among em.[emoji106]
    Check em out....PM tyr0.[emoji4]

Got a tiny (2mm?) paint chip on my roof. Just wondering kung saan pwede ipa-repair? Bka kasi hindi makuha yung same color pag kung saan saan lang.

I'm only worried na bka pasukin ng rust kasi exposed yung metal. Pero kung hindi naman mag rrust eh hahayaan ko na lang

Sir, ive seen your car dito sa thread with aftermarket wheels and lowering springs na, may i know ano specs ng tires mo and wheels mo? Including offset.

I’ve already bought myself lowering springs for my car, hindi ko palang pa napapakabit, and aim ko din no rubbing issues just like yours and trajavante.

Thou travajante has coilovers, sigurado no rub.

    My m2 has 17x7.5, 45 offset wheels, and 205 45 tires.

will post pictures after springs installation.

Grats!!! Your wheel & tire specs will be fine. Add some 5mm/54.1mm hubcentric spacers. What springs have you? Please share pics!!!

Btw, BrownMouse & WhiteMouse share same model Tanabes.
