I noticed that the Helix 5W-40 is much easier to find compared to 5W-30, plenty of stock. Would there be an issue with using 5W-40 for the Skyactiv?

Other than Shell Helix, are there better alternatives? I don't mind the price tag as long as the quality is better than Shell.
You Can try amsoil, mag1 or zic they have 5w30 and imo much better & cheaper than shell helix ultra. You can buy them in lazada.

    Motul, Liqui Moly, Castrol

PowerTORQ sells both Motul and Liqui Moly 5W-30. Motul is cheaper than Liqui Moly by ₱150.

Anyone here uses a torque wrench for tightening the wheel lug nuts? If yes what's the recommended setting?

M12x1.5 nuts come in different hex sizes & materials. 80-108#ft. Lower limits on alloy & small hex nuts, higher on steel & larger ones.
