    Read a rumor that Mazda might announce a wider and longer MX5 variant with a Skyactiv NA V8 or twin turbo V6. Hmmm.. It's just a rumor or a Mazda fanboy dream.

    why are you skipping the 2.5T? next evolution is most likely a skyactiv-g 2.5 twin turbo... not likely but i think thats their direction.

    "Automotive News Europe cited Mazda CEO Akira Marumoto as stating that the new Mazda 3 will get the 2.5-liter Skyactiv-G found in the current lineup, as well as the Skyactiv-X engine, which will be a 2.0-liter mild hybrid, and will “be positioned as the higher grade.” Marumoto also allegedly told the site that the Skyactiv-X-equipped car will have the same driving dynamics of the 2.5-liter, but it will offer the fuel economy of a 1.5-liter diesel.
    “The arrival of all-new Mazda 3 marks the beginning of a whole new generation of Mazda cars,” Mazda says in its press release."

    My battery is almost 3yrs old now, planning to change it with a higher cranking amp. Is that okay?
