QC - EDSA - SLEX - Sta Rosa exit ang route with the least pasikot-sikot.

Try going there on a weekday morning. Walang kalaban sa kalsada.

we hail from tagaytay/mendez area..it depends,...there are multiple routes i take, usually backroads, depends on the day at kung tinatamad ako or hindi sa twisting roads, if di ko maiwasan dumaan ng nuvali coz may errands there are multiple routes, one is going through canlubang golf-marcos mansion- palace in the sky, another is cardiac hill but you need to know the backroads us bikers take lastly sta rosa-tagaytay road which i wont recommend pag weekends, btw, i hate going through maguyam, narrow road with big 40 foot trucks, better go straight pass gma then turn left to greenwoods or diretso kana sa aguinaldo highway, another one is via palapala then amadeo...pero pinaka scenic route is via slex -talisay-sungay..pero going home i wont take that route...scary..

I will have to google map all these roads you mentioned as I am not familiar with ALL of them 😂 but thank you!!

I don't want to be driving alongside trucks. Is the SLEX-Sta. Rosa exit safe from them? Will also be my first time driving in SLEX. Sorry if my questions sound stupid.

If you want to test the climbing prowess of your car, I suggest to take the Tanauan-Talisay-Sungay route. The climb is steep with sharp curves. Kennon road is a joke compared to this one.

i drive that route regularly. it runs smack thru the manufacturing hub. trucks are commonplace.
from my observation, the trucks are pretty well-behaved.
it's the smaller cars (tourists who are just passing thru?) who seem to be the mis-behaviors. they don't have patience, if i may say so.

    and, oh yes! the tricycles!

I suggest you take the Greenfields exit,- para iwas traffic ka sa Sta. Rosa....

Ako, normally, sa Southwoods exit,- then pass through a village with P10 fee, then Southwoods- then turn right at Governor's drive,- then turn left sa Maguyam Road and then turn left sa Aguinaldo Rd sa may Riviera Golf, which leads me to Tagaytay Rotonda...

Of course, I can turn right [sa intersection sa Silang] sa may papuntang Amadeo [Silang-Banaybanay Rd] and turn left sa C. de los Reyes Ave., which leads me to Tagaytay sa may Skyranch area [nakaiwas na ng kaunting traffic]
