Depende din kasi if you want Waze to direct you to the shortest or fastest route, which isn't usually the same. Waze by default selects the fastest route--which might be a kilometer more but with lesser traffic congestion

Oks naman waze saken like last friday na heavy trapik makati-ust-marikina light to medium trapik lang dinaanan namen except sa p.noval dahil may happening sa uste. Ang di lang ideal pagka idadaan ka nya sa backroads na mejo alangnin ung tipong, sorry for the term, squaters or mejo ghetto ung lugar. Ung tipong walang atrasan sa sikip. Mejo nakaka stress lang baka mamya dead end or what.

Hahah aako din kung saang saang backroads na ko pina daan, yung tipong ginawang basketball court na yung daanan at kailagan mo pa antayin matapos yung play nila bago ka dumaan kasi nakaka takot businahan baka pag tripan ka pa.

What i tell most people to do is to look at the possible routes waze would also suggest. A few minutes isnt always worth a crazy potentially ghetto route. Better be safe and late than otherwise.

i noticed that my points for this week is -10,xxx. yes, negative ten thousand plus. nagulat lang ako kasi nag-iba bigla yung avatar ko from crown to sword.

Waze helps alot. Hopefully more users so more info for the app.

At times wrong info though, naka red yun road but there arent much cars And its moving.

Also some idiot drivers always report wrong info like traffic isnt moving, obviously theyre on the wrong lane. Lane selection is crucial.

Tried waze again on Laurel Batangas going to canyonwoods. App couldn't locate my location

Mas reliable pa yung navmii pag provincial. Pero pag metro manila pwede na waze.

naka-on sa akin waze whenever i drive.

last december nga, waze gamit ko when we went to baguio. mas intuitive kasi sa akin ang interface and navigation niya kesa google maps. got us where we wanted to go. minsan lang hindi updated yung one-way streets. alhtough temporary lang ata for the holiday rush lang kaya ganun.

had no problem using Waze from Cavite to Bacolod on a RORO.
route was Cavite-Batangas; Calapan Mindoro-Roxas Mindoro; Caticlan-Dumangas Port; Bacolod.

Use it when you're driving. Set your destination especially if you're not familiar with where you are going. Report traffic jams, accidents, road hazards, etc. and you should earn points. You earn points as you use it. I stopped using it for a number of months because Im familiar with where Im heading. Since last year, it's almost always on when Im driving as it gives me an idea how far and how long till I reach my destination. It can also suggest the fastest way available. I'm now a waze knight[emoji12]. ( As if that is something to be proud of[emoji16]).

nagcocompete kami ng asawa ko dito sa waze. pataasan ng points.. lugi ako dahil ako yung driver pag magkasama kami at di ako makapag update ng traffic status lagi.

I just turn on waze whenever i drive. Kahit di ako nagnanavigate or familiar na ako sa pupuntahan ko. Kahit di rin kayo madalas magreport. It helps just by running waze (with data) kasi siya na naguupdate kungntraffic or hindi based sa cummulative data ng mga gumagamit.

Yun reason kaya minsan nagrerrport kayo tapos parang di nauupdate report nyo. Kasi mag-isa lang kayo nagreport (or mababa pa level nyo).

Also kaya minsan nakalagay trapik pero hindi naman, dahil kasi old data na or wala nakukuha mas recent na report si waze.

So it helps kung mas marami talaga nagwawaze.

My guess is that your device's GPS signal is not enough for waze to do its job. Not Waze's fault.
I have a Papago App which cannot detect my location in one stretch of NLEX in pampanga. I think it is more a phone issue on GPS reception.

Really? I'm using iphone 6, also tried sony xperia z3, asus phones and an ipad (mom, sisters and wife's phones) with different network service provider.

I'm not really familiar with the place so I'm desperate to use waze that time ayaw ko maligaw kasi may kasama kaming baby.

Mas reliable pa navmii. I have nothing against waze just want to contribute to this forum so they won't rely on one navigation app lang if going out of town.
