Manila to Naga

Bumyahe kami pa Legazpi nung 23rd. Dyan kami dumaan sa Andaya / Quirino hiway mga 1:30ish pm, sinwerte at very light traffic, likely kasi sa holiday siguro. Parang dumaan lang ako sa west service road from Nichols to Bicutan on a holiday, halos wala masyado sasakyan.
Pero sa nakita ko, i can imagine the gridlock na sinasabi ng iba dito. Daming ginagawa and marami rin take turns sa flow ng traffic, sabayan mo ng heavy trucks and buses at unli potholes. Masasayang talaga oras mo dito panigurado.
On the way back to manila, nakita ko dinidirect ang mga private vehicles (at other light vehicles ata) to remain on the main hiway (Daet route), yung pinapapasok sa quirino hiway mga trucks and buses lang.
Today babyahe kami pa Daet from Legazpi, I'm planning to try the GMA and barceloneta routes as suggested.

One way na Andaya (Colakling-Tupi-Sipocot segment), only coming from Tagkawayan/Manila allowed, if coming from Naga side you will be diverted to Daet-Labo-Sta Elena. This traffic scheme will be in effect up to Jan 2.

Alternate traffic parin between Sipocot-Libmanan, so take the detour to Libmanan going to Barcelonitas- Sopocot-Daet .
