I think the tires are 9% bigger than the stock tires. Maximum allowable is 3%. A good resource site you may want to look at is wheel-size.com

But then, mas mahal ang na din in general ang tires para dyan so dagdag disadvantage din. Wala nang advantage, except siguro for the looks (which is still subjective).

Or, dalhin mo na lang sa nearby tire shop and ask them. If all is good, have your speedometer calibrated after mounting your new wheels.

Somewhere between P2000-3000 sir. And that was about 8 years ago.

Edit: I had to leave the car for 2 weeks or so.

Whats the size of the stock wheels? Compute natin close to stock diameter.

If it's the E variant like mine, stock tires are a bit ugly (at least for me), specially the M/T variant wheels (steelies, heavy). Vx wheels look slick, but are too heavy for a 16" (9.2kg).

    For 17" wheels:
    - 17x7, 45mm-55mm offset (Vx mugen wheels have 55mm offset)
    - 17x6.5, 45mm-55mm offset

You can put 205/45r17 tires on any of the above.

You can also go as low as 42mm offset but I would't recommend it. Disclaimer lang din sir, matagtag ang 17".

    For 16" wheels:
    - 16x6.5, 42mm-55mm offset, use 185/55r16 tires
    - 16x6, 42mm-55mm offset, use 185/55r16 tires (Vx wheels have 53mm offset)

You can also use 205/50r16 tires on any of the above but use 45mm+ offset.

For 15" wheels, I doubt gusto mo ito sir. Sabihin mo lang if ever hehe.

Shops, depende sa preference/budget mo sir. Do you want original wheels? Or will replicas do?

I got my set of 16s from autoplus.

And "pasok" does not always equate to "walang problema". Given of course, na you're not lowering your ride. Outside those specs, I do not recommend.

    Good morning!

I am new to the sitre and my question might sound like a dumb question so please bear with me.

I have a BEIGE Toyota Altis 2011 (Gen 10.5???) and was wondering what ROTA mags will make the car look good (size, color and any other specs I missed out on). Rota because I am on a tight budget.

Also, I would like to lower the car, let's say a drop of 1.5. What is a good brand of lowering springs to buy that will not be too costly? And where to purchase it from? I live in QC. From what I gather, lowering springs are cheaper than coil-overs.

    Thank you.

    Abet
