wala naman nakitang thread at nung chineck ng tire shop susunugan lang daw, para magdikit ulit, sir mda dapat ko bang bawasan na lang yung psi ko? from 30 to 28?

I'd rather not lower the psi kasi underinflation (aside from higher fuel consumption) generates excess heat = may also lead to blowout.

Again, since we haven't seen the tire itself, it's important to note that whether or not the tire is safe to use will depend on the depth of the cut compared to the actual width of the sidewall. I'm just saying that if the cut isn't so deep (lack of pics, difficult to call), you can still *probably* use it.

I'm hoping the tire is due for replacement anyway sometime soon.

6th year this year kung 2007 yung tires nyo, last year of shelf life... one of my tires are also manufactured 48th week of 2007, I guess I have to replace it before the year ends.
