Moving forward, ano kaya magandang brand na ipalit? usually 15-20kms per week lang tinatakbo ng oto ko kasi once a week ko lang gamitin. budget is around 2k-4k each. yung tatagal sana kahit mga 5yrs and good for dry/wet condition at long drive pa minsan minsan. hehehe salamat.

Go with Indonesian tires like Neuton, Achilles, or Accelera. Nasa 3k to 3.5k each yung size na gusto mo. Mas mura yung China brands though mixed po reviews ng China tires (Nankang, Westlake, etc.).

These brands are becoming popular among car owners. Check with tire dealers. Some best prices are offered by dealers who advertise in OLX.

Copied and pasted this for you. from fb: westlake tires. westalke tires are good basis for tire prices. Free delivery pa. They're not really like top quality but good enough for daily use.

I already used 235/R17, and 205/R17 and another mazda 6 low profile tires with 17" rims

3 years na samin so far doing good.

Calling all PPV tsikoteer owners, do notice the 265/65R17 tires at 4700 each. It"/ a real steal if youre gonna base on your standard issue bridgestone 265s at 12k a tire

    Hope this helps:

Nankang and Federal are Taiwanese brands, and are much better than Chinese brands. Don't know about others but I've ridden in a Mazda 6 and a Toyota Granvia with Westlake tires, and they exhibit a lot of road noise at high speed.

For cheaper brands I have experience with Nankang, Federal, GT Radial and Falken. All of them are good. If you want quality, check out Tireboy at Maria Clara cor. Sto Domingo. Their Falken prices are very competitive.

I've tried westlake sv308 before on my city. They're indeed noisy. Excessive humming and plak-plak-plak or whatever that sound is called.

I never tried Westlake or its equivalent, Goodride. I will never again get Nankang. It is just noisy. I thought my wheel bearings were worn out or something. The sound gets annoying once you hit 80kmh or more. Imagine bearing with the noise on a daily basis driving in SLEX/Skyway.

I tried Federal 595EVO before on my Accord. It is one good tire for its price. Decent amount of grip with acceptable noise for a sporty tire. I find it better in terms of grip against the Dunlop Lemans LM series, as they are priced about the same.

If you want grip and lots of it, the best one I tried was the Kumho XS KU36. Problem though is that it will not last 20k km.

Best all-weather tires I have tried are the Bridgestone Turanza GR series. Very quiet, lots of grip (even in wet conditions), lasts long. Problem is that it is quite expensive, about the same in price as the Potenza Adrenalins for the same size.

What model ng nankang nakuha mo? Marami sila models na nilabas dito sa pinas... My lolo usues the comfort tires on His accord, okay naman no problem at super tahimik when we went in pagudpod via tplex.

NS2R is mangingay talaga pero bang the buck. Id say same or better grip than AD08s.

Minsan nasa kalsada rin kaya maingay.
