Low budget yet good quality tires

I have a concern on PH made Yokohama Bluearth ES32.
This was installed on my friend's Mitsubishi Mirage hatch. Just bought last year and it has a bulge on the sidewall. The manufacture date was 12th week of 2021 means it is still new. Does the clark pampanga made bluearth es tires have poor quality? I also consider this tires when I change soon.

yeah even yung goodyear duraplus na matigas sidewall di kinaya lubak *50-60kph

my question is,
was the bulge already there when the tyre was initially purchased?
or was it acquired after the tyre was installed and driven... at speed or without speed... thru a big pothole...?
or did it develop just like that, without provocation?

when the tyre is out of round, it can act up.
the steering pulls to one side...
there is a strange vibration at certain speeds...
not sure if it's the same if it's the sidewall that's herniating...

ibalik sa tindahan asap!

He lives around the area the roads was smooth. Occasionally going some unpaved roads. Mostly highway (SLEX) routes.

Sabi niya upon purchasing and installation wala namang bulges on all sidewalls.

After installation he never driven it on a deep pothole or anything unpaved.

He might have it checked to the Yokohama dealer this weekend also might claim warranty.

BTW only front wheels has these new tires. This only happened on the driver's side front wheel. On the passenger side, its normal.

I noticed in my petlas tires in one of my vehicle it has a very slight dent on the side, is this a cause of concern? it is now 2yrs old and just 10,000km.

No more warranty they just give 1yr warranty. But just a slight dent I don't know if it would get bigger over time. I will take a picture of it.

observe it, sir.
the best thing that can happen, is ... nothing. hindi na magbabago.
the second best thing that can happen, is that it will slowly and gradually get larger, giving you ample warning to replace it.
the worst thing that can happen, is that it will rupture so suddenly, giving you an immediate and very flat tyre, with possible vehicle loss of control.

btw,
is the psi right? baka naman, under-inflated lang kaya mukhang ganyan.
