I did a similar mistake years ago when i bought a lancer box type for P200K from an Indian car dealer. May plastic cover pa sa loob ha un pala marami nang sira. Aircon, Steering assembly and body, among others. Like what LSB said I charged it to experience. I sold it for P50K after 7 years of putting up with it.

Alamin mo na muna ang totoong lagay ng auto mo. May risks na din kasi talaga at luma na yung modelo na nakuha mo boss e. Napaka limited na ng liability nung seller mo sa tingin ko.

Salamat sa payo mga paps.. Gusti ko sana padaanin sa legal na paraan.. Dahil tapat ako lumapit sa kanya.. Sana inamin nya sakin.. Para aware ako sa mga pagawain.. Hindi ko expect na mapapagastos pa q at hindi ko magagamit ang sasakyan.. Marami pa nagsabi na mataas maxado ang 143k.. Obviously he took advantage na wala ako idea..

Good day fellow sportage owners. Just wanted to inquire where i can find a replacement IACV for our sportage. I have a 96 model (gas).
I have tried inquiring at Good gear in pasay but was told that bnew costs around 12k! anyways, I was hoping to find kahit replacement or surplus but good condish..I you guys have spare or extra..please let me know. badly need one. Thanks!

mga bossings.. im not sure kung gamit nyo pa rin ang mga 1st gens nyo.. patulong po sana ako kung para san ung mga switches and buttons sa lower left ng dashbboard sa may baba nung aircon.. maraming salamat po.. baka kasi may eject dun ma eject ako bigla palabas ng tsikot.. hehe

err.. what exactly, are wrong with your 20-year old car, po? did you take it for a test drive before buying it?
may tumulo na... whazzat mean, sir? for all i know, all it needed was a gasket replacement, not a top overhaul... is that mechanic of yours on the up-and-up? maybe he's the one taking you for a ride and not the seller...?

Mga ka-tsikot ako man po naging avid fan ng 1st gen sportage. Nabili ko po ito from an OLX seller last 2015 * pHp100,000 na sabi ng tito ko ay mahal. Dahil nga po nagandahan ako sa looks nya kaya binili ko din. Dami ko pinaayos at nitong huli nung pinasilip ko sa mekaniko may tumutulo ulit langis pero konti lang namn. Wala naman pong ilaw yung oil signal pero nung may ginalaw mekaniko biglang umilaw tapos sabi sa akin o ayan ok na yan. So akal ko talagang ok na. To make the story short, tumirik na sya at ang sabi ay paltin na ang makina...haaaay...kakalungkot po naman. Saan po kaya ko makakakita ng matinong surpus na Mazda R2 makina? Maraming salamat po sa magrereply.

Paano po ba malalaman yung original year model neto kasi samin nakalagay sa rehistro 2006 model pero 1st gen to eh ung spare tire nasa likod pa. .sa mga nabasa ko wala na ang 1st gen sa 2006. .

Hello fellow tsikot members! I dont know of buhay pa ang thread na ito but maybe may active members pa.

I am in Iloilo and my rear left axle shaft broke, naputol.talaga. tumawag ako sa Saluna Auto Supply dyan sa Banawe pero sabi ng may ari dalawang klase daw yung axle shaft ng sportage. Meyron daw na maliit yung spline at meron daw na malaki yung spline. 4,500 daw yung price ng surplus with bearing and oil seal na.

Question ko is, di ba standard yung size ng axle shaft sa lahat ng 1st gen sportage?

At saka meryron pa ba kayong alam na ibang shop kung saan po makabili nito?
