Happy holidays to all! Newbie here, can I just ask what's the difference of the 2010 to the 2011 model of Rio? yung nakuha ko kasing quote sa agent is Kia Rio 2011 and I'm thinking na baka yun din yung 2010 model. Does the 2010 model already have that AUX and USB port sa bandang ibaba? :please: I'm going to pick up my unit on the 5th of Jan, M/T Ex Titanium Silver.

Another thing... hiwalay pa ba yung pagkuha ng License Plate kapag sinabi nilang free 3-years LTO Registration? If it is, how much yung pagkuha ng Plate number? Thanks in advance! :cheers:

may mga nakita na ako dito new model ng RIO, color toned ang bumpers and sideview mirrors,iba ang shape ng bumpers nya....panglabas lang bro...

at saka sa powertrain nya most probably malaki na improvement..saka mga features nya...

let us know kapag nakuha mo na unit mo...

Sa USB at aux, kahit old model meron na nyan....baka Ipod/iphone connection ibig mong sabihin?

mga kapwa natin Tsikoteers na nanjan makakasagot nyan bro...wait ka lang....kung ako sa iyo ikaw pumili ng plate number mo, meron tayong kasamahan dito PIG ang simula ng plate numbers nila...2 na sila....gusto mo yun?

Minsan nahuhuli yung stickers ng 3-year reg. Yung plates usually ang nauuna.

Ah ok. I'll check na din with my dealer, I'll post here yung upgrades nung 2011 when I get it. And hopefully may cheap aftermarket sales na ng 14" mags by that time. Thanks bro! :2thumbsup:

Sir, when dealers say, free LTO Registration, wala kayo babayarin, except if special plate kayo. You can request for ending number of the plate, or sometimes, you can tell them ayaw mo yung current letters like "PIG", basta the numbers hindi ganun ka special like sandwiched number etc.

kinalulungkot ko lang, wala yatang bumili ng Forte jan sa atin dahil sa sobrang mahal daw...kaya wala akong kakwentuhan sa Forte thread...kabwisit...

sayang naman...kung porma din lang la sinabi cruze,civic at mazda...

dito sa pinas, mahal ang pricing nila sir. thats why konti lang bumibili.

Another example, Rio's counterpart is Accent, but more people bought accent because of pricing.

Alam ko lang sir is special plates or numbers that are kind of special or premium numbers.

Its usually modus lang ng dealer to extract more money from customers. Anyhow basta may resibo coming from casa on the payment, wala problem, if wala, then under the table na naman yan.

For example, my plates are special, as per LTO it's P25k, but of course sa bansa natin may lagay, so dealers price it high, tawaran na lang kayo.

Hay, and pilipinas kong mahal.

nung kumuha ako ng kotse tanong sa akin ng agent ko kung anong gusto kong ending sa plate number kahit anong number walang bayad

Forte ang sa akin at ebony black siya...nandito ako sa KSA at wala ditong accessories ng KIA,kaya nagtatanong ako, I might passby sa SG kapag bakasyon ko na para makabili ng abubot doon.......

yup masyado mahal ang benta eh besides late na ung dating nya,and we have the mentality na either honda or toyota ang flagship ng mga mid-size sedans natin dito sa Pinas. Well establish narin naman sila in the first place so dun palang talo na Kia or other competitors diba?kelangan lang is support from them as well as the consumers itself

Guys any updates about the "No plate, no travel" policy? Sabi sa ibang forums 7-days lang yung validity ng Dealer's invoice para madrive yung new car ng walang plate number. Is there a way para maidrive yung new car until the registration and plate number are available?
