Picanto since its a compact car, it will definitely give me good FC pero I'm still considering the kia rio.. is this something that you can recommend? ano po ang good and bad side ng kia rio 1.2 lX.. maraming salamat po in advance sa mga sasagot.
Go for the Rio 1.2... Iba talaga if you have a bigger real estate with wheels on the road. The bigger the better.

Did my first pms today. Cost me around 3.9k. All materials were from kia sucat. 1.4AT HB

Sabi daw ng planta, magpatakbo ng 100-120kms pag pwede dahil daw titipid ito in the long run.

Yun may mga problema sa FC, try niyo ibirit birit rio niyo, baka in the long run maging matipid.

Gradual increase and decrease lang.

Try to turn off for a/c for sometime. like going up hill.or turn off your A/C during early morning run or if there is no pollution on the outside air,

Been thinking of getting VKool pero wala pang budget.

You know guys i've been wondering on a scenario like this

Are we running on a hotter spark plug than needed? because in S. Korea the weather is always cold all year.
So it makes sense that they use a hotter spark plug for an easy cold start right?
Maybe they forgot that it's EXTREMELY HOT (means air is less dense and more humid = less oxygen for the engine) here in the Philippines??
So maybe we should use a colder spark plug??
because a hot weather >> increases engine temp = a hot engine will affect the operating temp of our spark plug right?
Thus making the spark plug too hot and might cause the pre-ignition because of lean mixture
so it will advance the timing.
What if the ignition timing is set to advance and got stuck on advance?
So that means we will be running lean right? and get spark knocks?
So the ECU will compensate for this by running rich right?
Could that explain our super high fuel consumption?

Please someone give me an opinion on this thanks!

A thought just came to me, maybe the culprit is the spark plug? because the weather will always be hot (uncontrollable by us)
So! that means the engine will always run hot right? Thus affecting the spark plug operating temp in which it might cause pre-ignition right??
So the ECU will think the ignition timing is advanced so it will make the fuel mixture run rich right??
So by changing our stock spark plug with a colder plug might change everything right?
Because as i recall when i first got the Kia Rio 2012 for the 1st month of consumption i was roughly getting 8 - 8.8 km / L almost 9km/L
But after that i can only reach 6 - 7 km / L which is ridiculous for a 1.4L engine

So what do you guys think of my theory?
