out of the country pa kasi ako. ilang buwan pa bago makakuwi. kaya puro research mode lang muna. lagi ko comapre sa montero sport, kasi yun ang meron na kami. mas madali ma-visualize.

tapos dito naman kung nasaan ako, wala pa ako nakikitang sorento at montero sport.

hamak na mas comfortable ang ride ng Sorento sa Montero Sport (tested)

mas mahaba lang yung Montero Sport kaya mas maganda yung legroom nya sa 3rd row at yung 2nd row ay sliding seats pa

Yup mas mahaba nga ang ayaw ko lang masyadong nagataas ang knee mo pag naka up kasi tinaasan ang leg area para kita mo yung harap.. though na rerecline yung 3rd row nang MOntero which i like, yung sa Sorento kasi hindi na rerecline..Maganda naman sa Sorento since mas malapad sya mas spacious pag may katabi ko na tao..

im hearing that the diesel variant of the sorento wont be as quiet and smooth as the gas. True mas malakas ang makina, pero noise will now be heard on the inside plus vibration. It wont be as quiet and as vibration less as the new gas engine of the current sorento EX.

This is possibly true as i was able to test drive the non-facelifted Sorento 2008 model but yung ride quality should be the same except for some vibration due to the diesel engine.. anyway that's why i choose the gas variant simply because of noise.. iba talaga ang Gas.. but we do have diesel lovers who knows the cons and actually love it...

5 years from now, the resale value of a diesel SUV against gas will be at least 300 thousand.

And you gotta love the massive torque from a diesel engine.

nalalambutan na ako sa ride ng montero sport (coming from a 2nd gen pajero tdic). pano pa kaya itong sorento? mukhang promising nga. sana lang bumaba ang presyo at dumating ang diesel variant para more choices.
