Tumingin ako ng Kia Sorento dyan last time.

Mura nalang ang reservation fee para sa CRDI at CVVT na 4X2 Sorento lately.

guys,
just test drove the black Gas LX 7-seater version of Kia Tiendesitas. natagtagan kami sa ride e to the point na nahilo wife ko & almost threw up. she was seated at the front passenger side when we went from tiendesitas to ortigas home depot and back driving slowly. was expecting a softer/plusher ride and better NVH -- me road noise e. we were disappointed so we might keep our previa and rav4 na lang.

really wanted the Sorento R pa naman.

anyway, i'll wait for a CRDi test unit before i finally make a decision. hopefully overinflated lang tires nung na-test-drive namin.

Shivaker, post mo nalang dito yung name nung manager at yung Kia Dealer na yun.
Pero kung ayaw mo talaga, paki PM nalang din saakin.

Mahal ang sorento, kaya wala ako balak bumili. Curious lang ako, and if ever may kaibigan din ako na bibili ng Kia unit ... pwede ko siya sabihan tungkol dito.

Mas mahal pa nga ang rivals nya.

eggman : possible yun sinabi mo. meron nga iba ilang psi ang nilalagay sa gulong. So 1 factor yun.

Possible. Nung nakuha ko yung Tucson nagalit ako kasi matagtag, pag check ko ng tire pressure 55 PSi ang tire pressure!

there's a factor na over inflated talaga.

matagtag yung ride ng tucson namin before so i checked the tire pressure. and to my surprise, 44 psi siya! thinking na matagal ko na dina drive yung tucson without ever checking the tire pressure. kampante kasi ako sa sinabi ng SA na they already checked the tire pressure. ilan kaya ang psi niya nung bagong labas sa casa? who knows. hehe.. akala ko matagtag talaga siya pero over inflated pala. ngayon, medyo slightly comparable na siya sa corolla namin pero di ko talaga madama yung sinasabi nilang "car-like ride" quality niya.

35psi pala ang gamit ko sa tucson same sa corolla namin although 30psi yung recommended tire pressure.

last wenesday I test drove a gas version 7 seater , sa kia alabang .. The unit I drove was really a test drive unit since may plaka na siya.

I found the ride was much better than my starex and even better than my friend's civic fd. The Aircon was also quite good ...

The gas version seems to be adequately powered , mabilis siya magaccelerate to 100 kph .. nasa filinvest lang kami at 6pm rush traffic noon so short distance lang to accelerate pero 100 kph pa rin siya agad..

I gave up a tucson that was reserved to me , to get a sorento ... the pre-selling promo is really a good deal .As long as hindi ka nagmamadali , you get a higher end cuv for almost the same or maybe even lower price .
