please tell us more about this law or better yet, why don't you share to all what will be the plans of ISUZU Philippines to your trooper.
I know you worked hard to air your sentiments and get your every right with your vehicle. I think people will be happy to hear what transpired.
so isuzu crdi engines din pala may problema the same as Toyota D4-D. bakit di na lang sila mag-share ng resources to solve the problem?

the last offer i got was that they will give extended warranty and fix the engine... but they still have not made good on this nor have they replied to my queries...

4jg2 napakatibay na makina ng trooper. Nearly bulletproof yan. Yung 4jx1 kumbakit nagkaganoon....ewan. Dapat yan kabitan ng bomba at ibangga sa HQ ng isuzu. hehe.
Thanks God. My Trooper is non CRDI engine...99 model 4jg2 engine, manual 4x4...serving us well, sarap sa rough road...

madami na rin akong naririnig at mga kilalang nagka problema sa kanilang CRDI model TROOPER. minsan noong nasa shop ako ng friend ko may lumapit sa akin ang sabi nya ay: "bakit ka kumuha nyan ang mahal mahal nyan tapos puro sakit ng ulo ang ibibigay nyan sa yo". i've to explain na its a different model than those of CRDI... mga ilang beses na itong nangyayari minsan di ko na lang pinapansin ka inis...

di naman pampalubag loob pero can you imagine common rail na ang isuzu nung 1999-2000? This year lang naging byword ang CRDI and many people cant believe na crdi na ang 4jx1. Sa ibang countries kasi talagang pinaltan ng Isuzu yung mga faulty parts (malaking problem din eto DOWN UNDER). Dito I think Isuzu tried to keep it quiet. If you will search forums abroad madami info regarding this problem. I just hope yung magkakaroon ng problema tulungan naman ng Isuzu na masolve(yung long term solution).

but my calls to isuzu service manager mr. watanabe for the past two weeks have been ignored... i personally called to arrange a meeting to intelligently find a solution to this problem.. unfortuately isuzu might be wrong in trying ignoring my complaint.
my fellow trooper owners... espacially to the 2003 models... i will take this to the extreme.. ...
to the 4jg2 owners.. pls bear with me...
ur happy with ur units... but me and my family will spend christmas without a car... which i bought for P1.7M. and they wll charge me another 180K to repair...
On another note, my office just filed a case on the Dmax LX namin which have a problem naman (nag-eengine check ng kusa and will loose power ng basta-basta).
Idinaan na namin sa legal kasi maarte sila eh. In fairness, our 2 other Dmax LS model don't have the problem (yet).

I still believe that your Dmax LX case is an isolated one but just the same, the problem should not be ignored. Try to keep in touch with Paulchua as you will be stronger together than fighting individually.

paul, no need for apologies. as a matter of fact we symphatize with you. mahirap lang dyan sa problem mo e yung ibang me previous problem sa 4jx1 e they dispose their unit already. medyo nasa latter portion ka na ng nagkaproblema. alam mo naman sa pinas pag di na affected e di na bibigyan ng oras. just the same continue your "struggles" at baka pagbigyan ka naman ng isuzu.
siguro kung member ka ng tsikot bago mo binili yan nung 2003 (the same year i bought my 99 4jg2 trup) e malamang nagbago ka ng isip. eto ang maganda sa may car forum. nagiging aware tayo sa mga "small" percentage na problema sa isang specific model (like the D4D). sa ganoong paraan ay di tayo nangangapa. di ko lang maintindihan yung iba na ang dating sa kanila e parang sinisiraan ang binili nilang sasakyan(maybe worried about their car resale value i guess)

wildthing, nag loss ng power? i would bet talaga nasa injection pump yan... hindi naman sa injectors yan kc hinid pa CRDi engine niyan... and tama nga si djerms, isolated case ang dmax prob mo, ngaun lang din ako naka encounter ng ganyan na prob sa dmax...
