sir nilakihan mudin pala rims ah? 20 na ..dba po smsyad ito sir lalu na pagpuno? or ipinataas nio ung sasakyan nio para po dxa sumayad pagpuno? and hindi po ba bumagal?

Rubbing would not be an issue if he got the right offset and tire size combination. As for speed, I am almost sure na bumagal. Any car with bigger rims and tires would would have a drag on the vehicle's performance.
