I have hydrophobic treatment on my rear glass and now it doesn't really need wipers anymore. But even then, I still have good visibility even when it rains. Sa tingin ko may factor din na laging malinis yung glass ko. I make sure to rid of it with watermarks every 6 months.

Mga sirs patulong naman, planning to get one.

will I go for the 1.9 LSA AT with a 40k discount or go for the 3.0 LSA AT with a 215k discount?

Factors to consider are FC and added features.

    Thanks!

Get the 3.0 LSA sir. While I think it may consume a little more fuel than the 1.9, sa palagay ko di naman ganoon kalaki ang difference.

For me the biggest factor is the engine reliability and power output.
The 3.0 4JJ1 engine has been here for quite some time, so parts are easily available and issues are mostly resolved. Unlike sa 1.9 na relatively "New" sa market.
For the power output, it is better to have more of it especially at times when you need it.

dont expect the fc of the automatic to match your fc.

the manual 1.9 will be better though

To those who have this 1.9 mux bluepower, ok naman ba ang power/torque/output lalo na ang a/t version nito?

Of course comparison should not be with its 3.0 kuya but maybe more on its capability to carry its body and perform usual functions within the city and out of town trips.

Im asking this for the reason na marami ang nagsasabi na underpower daw...and to think hindi nila na test drive ito...they just based their assumption on its 1.9 engine. A number of times, may nakakasabay ako na 1.9 a/t sa cavitex and based on how it runs...mukhang ok naman and adequate naman ang power nito. Hindi naman siguro ipapahiya ng isuzu ang reputation nito by building an underpowered engine.

i don't own a rz4e isuzu. Noon naman i rarely or have not heard a lot of complaints of 102hp powered diesel innovas even 145hp fortuners or 134hp non vgt monteros being severely underpowered. I know lately hp/torque figures have been increasing quite admirably. It may not be the most torquey or powerful pero for majority of our Philippine setting I'm pretty sure the 1.9 mux is adequate if not more than that.

Bakit naman yung innova namin. 2.5 and 102hp 200NM we tried already loading up to 9 midsize adults (including the driver and ako yon) papuntang Camsur. Di ko ramdam na kulang sa lakas. I also drove it sa Baguio 2x magkaibang daan each 1 marcos and another one sa kennon. Di naman ramdam na "underpowered".

Eh ano pa yang 1.9 na 150hp and 350NM? Pinoy talaga hahaha. Daming gusto.

    because "underpowered" is relative.
it depends on what the driver wants it to do.
    heh heh.

There is this stigma of low displacement engines meaning puny performance. Im surprised they didnt ask if the RZ4E can climb baguio/tagaytay when loaded [emoji16]

3rd most powerful na ang YD25ditt sa PH market, trailing behind the 2.8 Duramax & the Duratorq 3.2

Same power & torque figures lang naman yung YD25 sa YS23

Bro, while peak torque is the same, the dual turbo YS23 has a wider torque band vs the single turbo YD25. And 10Kg lighter. Would've been a lot lighter if it had a single turbo. Performance-wise it should be better. Botchi of Topgear Ph has driven the NP300 with the YS23 and did like it better. Question is how much better? The 190 ps YD25 in the Terra is more than enough. Pretty good power at both low and high rpm (for a diesel). While torque peaks at a single point (2000 rpm), it doesn't feel like it falls off much across the rev range.

Any modern car should be able to reach baguio with no problems. Even loaded with passengers plus cargo.

Heck, we even used a suzuki super carry before with a 1000cc engine, two adults, three teenagers plus cargo. That trusty little van did not complain.

I guess some people do still have a “stigma” when it comes to small displacement engines. I still see a lot of people ask whether this and that vehicle can climb baguio. [emoji16]
