gud pm mga bossing.. bago lng ako nkabili ng highlander ask ko lang po sana kng ilang liters ang tank ng highlander? sira kasi ung fuel gauge kelangan pa ata palitan ung float nya. sana po matulungan niyo ako..

Mga sir ok lang po ba gawing diesel additive or injection cleaner ang 2T sa mga isuzu engines? Eto po ata yung sa mga motorcycle...

SPARE TIRE ISSUE

good day to everyone... my neighbor ,who owns a 98 hilander, told me to check on the spare tire mounting of my own hilander... he narrated to me how hard and how long (almost 2 hrs.) before he was able to remove the spare tire of his hilander... he told me how difficult it was to insert the lever towards the mechanism (pulley)that will dislodge the spare tire...

out of curiosity, i tried to dislodge the spare tire of my hilander... my goodness... di nga pala biro... tsambahan talaga... i have not expereince flat tire since i bought my ride almost a year now... my ailing lower back cant endure what my neighbor experienced... can anyone recommend on how to make it easy to dislodge the spare tire of our hilander... thank you very much in advance!!! and more power to everyone!!!

What do you aim to achieve using the additive? IMHO, Petron's Diesel Power Booster helps clean fuel lines and makes your engine perform better. Put 1 of this for every full tank.... well, that's what I do.

Hmm baka natatakpanan ng putik yung pinaka insert ng mahaba na bakal dahil sa tagal na hindi nagagamit kaya mahirap kapain or natatakpan ng gulong dapat ginawa nalang ng isuzu yung katulad sa mitsubishi adventure yung handle na kapag hinila mo baba na yung spare tire tapos yung padlock nalang yung tatanggalin mo.

Thanks po sa reply sir benz, natanong ko lang po kasi may nabasa ako sa isang thread na ginagamit nila minsan na additive o lubricant is 2T sa diesel...

Sir ask ko lang ....sabi mo you put 1 of this for every full tank....ako kasi pag nasa half tank na ung guage ko nag kakaarga na naman ako(full tank ulit)...do you mean i have to put again another additive....or do i have to consume the whole diesel in the tank na may additive to put another additive...mag kano pala isa nito sir......TIA...

I see no reason why not. It's only an additive and it does not state that it has to go with Petron fuel. Just so happen that PetroMate (makes of Petron's additives) was the one who manufactured and packed the product.

Thou if you're to ask someone from Petron, of course, they would recommend that for best results, best to use Petron fuels with this.

maraming salamat sa reply... oo nga at bakit ganun ang design ng mounting ng spare tire ng hilander... meron na bang nakapag modify nito to make easy the dislodging of the tire? parang yun design ng adventure...

simple lang naman para ma shoot kaagad ang slot ng releasing rod, dapat nakikita mo kung saan i-shoot, flashlight lang po ang katapat nyan. Ito ang ginagawa ko kapag nag check/hanginan ang spare tire.

As it is, mahirap na gawaan ng modification yan. Anyway hindi naman madalas gagawin ang pag release ng spare tire.

No problem. Frankly, there are times I put 2 of these (total 300ml) in a tank full of diesel. Ergo, kahit kalahati lang, pwede mo na ibuhos buong lalagyan.

.... basta wag mo lang kargahan ng premium tanke mo.

Hello mga sir,

may problema ako sa xtrm 98-00 model cguro ko sana pwede dito.
pag naka tigil ako nag flactuae yung rpm meter ko baba taas pero di naman ganung kataas yung binababa at itinataas.

pag nasa kalye rin ako sobrang taas na ng RPM ko di pa rin ako nabilis, nauubos lang gasolina ko.

things i've done. in order,
Nag palit ng Fuel filter, nag palinis ng fuel pump after nyan naging normal yung takbo pero bumalik ulit after 2 weeks yung problema.
after bumalik, nag Palinis ng fuel injection pero walang nagawa,
after that binuksan yung fuel pump madumi daw ulit so nilinis wala pa ring pag babago, after that nag palinis kami ng fuel tank pag tapos nun, wala ring nangyari.

ano kaya ang problema namin

ngayon ayaw na lumagpas ng 40kph yung takbo pahirapan na (once ko lang na experience try ko ulit bukas)

Sir baka sliding na ung clutch lining mo, kaya kahit anung pilit mung tapakan ang gas pedal di talaga tatakbo ng maayos yan, mauubos talaga agad gas mo kasi pinipilit mo syang umandar kaya ung tapak mo sa pedal eh para kang palaging aarangkada; I suggest kung matagal tagal na ung clutch lining mo at pressure plate, kailangan mo ng ipa baba ung transmission mo, para mapalitan ung mga necessary parts, budgetan mo at siguradong malaki laking gastusan yan

I think more or less 30 liters sir, not sure thou but that's what I heard from my agent before when I picked up my SLX at the casa. Ask some of our fellow hi lander owners here

As per owner's manual: Fuel Tank capacity -- 51 Liters

pag nasa kalye rin ako sobrang taas na ng RPM ko di pa rin ako nabilis, nauubos lang gasolina ko. Mataas ang rpm as if galit na ang makina pero mabagal pa rin ang takbo? Slipping clutch symptom yan. Subukan po sa paakyat (e.g. mall upper parking ramp) kapag ayaw humatak pero mataas na ang revs ng makina sigurado for overhauling na ang clutch . Another test: Pull hand brake to maximum then drive at 1st gear/2nd gear. Pag hindi nabigatan ang makina (rpm goes down), confirmed clutch slippage na yan talaga.
