Possible BUT you would need to install a "stiffener" inside the backdoor panel. This is to avoid your backdoor from being deformed everytime you close the backdoor. (mainly on the added force coming from the sparetire and sparetire holder)
I learned about this when i can to visit the talyer of my friend. They were repairing an XUV that was hit from the rear. The owner (of the XUV) didn't have insurance so opted to have the rear door fixed instead of replaced. I learned then that the rear door of the sporty models of Crosswind (XTRM, XUV and Sportivo) were different to that of the non sporty ones (XL, XT and XTi) The rear door had holes as provision for the sparetire carrier and had a built-in stiffener in the area where the sparetire carrier was mounted.
