I got rear ended the other day and yung nka rear end walang insurance. How do I go about it? Should I make a claim against my own insurance? I don't wanna do that tho.

I'm under the impression that my premium will be raised if i do. Shouldn't the guy that rear ended me be the one to pay for everything?

Problem is I had contacted my insurance immediately after the accident because I asked them to send a police to the site of the accident. And I immediately had the repair estimate made at the dealer and brought the papers to my insurance. So I really don't know what to do now

i have claimed from my compre insurance before. they did not up my premiums afterward.

Ganito. If my police report. And umamin yung nakabangga. Dapat yung insurance mo na hahabol dun sa nakabangga. Wala ka dapat gastos. For me ganyan nangyari. Pinasok ko lang sa casa then pirma lang.

Hindi tataas premium mo pag ginamit mo yung insurance.. Less discount lang pag magpaparenew.. Unlike sa north america na tataas..
