    feeling ko mas mabibigyan ka ng 40k discount kasi madami silang brown and blue dun. inuuna nilang i-dispose

    pareho lang yung cavite, alabang, pasig, rizal.. haha hindi kaya magalit yung SA mo? hehe nag pm ako sayo sir. baka kaya nung SA niyo na i 40k discount.. since under ayala group sila

    Hindi free insurance ko sa casa since cash payment ako. Ok naman experience ko sa bpi ms. Yung sa monty ko 7500 participation ko.
