4JX1 - Isuzu Trooper troubles already resolved?

My trooper experienced problem while driving, underpowered acceleration.

This is only 3 months after CASA replaced the injector, di pa nga nag 1000km yung takbo after the replacement sira na naman. Hay buhay, is this going to be like this forever?

Second hand Trooper po ( 170K km ) with 4JX1 engine. Mausok na lately and minsan puti. Pag inangat yung Oil DIP Stick habang naka idle engine me lumalabas na usok.

Ano po ba kaya problema nito. Nag change oil / filters / air cleaner na pero ganoon pa rin yung usok.

Piston rings na kaya ito?

Update ko lang po.

Medyo nawala na yung ma usok sa exhaust pag tapos ng long break in drive. Pero yun lumalabas sa me dip stick na smoke meron pa din.

Casualty na itong 4jx1 namin. Casa wants to overhaul - replace cylinder head. Around 200K estimate. Wow.

Anybody approached this 4jx1 sakit ng ulo by replacing the engine itself?

Bakit yung sa'min free yung cylinder head?

More or less 50K lang ang bill namin noon. Ganyan din nangyari, overhaul.

yup. nasa 190,000 to 200k - cylinder head.

i ask sa banaue - nasa 110 to 120k - i dont know if reliable.

we spend more than 350k for the repair (overheat ung problem-overhaul)

Balak nga namin change engine na lang sana. Dami namin sakit ng ulo sa 4jx1 engine.

Possible ba ito at saan shop kaya pwede bumili / pakabit ng new engine?

medyo madugo ngalan pero posible. Matic kasi yung trooper mo kung Manual sana madali lang palit engine.

Diba mahina ang 4JB1? Kahit intercooler turbo pa yan, ang bigat bigat ng Trooper eh... Eh di parang Crosswind tuloy ng performance? It was built for the 1st generation Trooper. 4JG2 na siguro then mod it for more power.
