Yes engine shop manual nga ito pertaining to 4J series.

Why can't the 4JA1 become a block where a CRDI system with intercooled turbo can be latched to increased the power output akin to what Mitsubishi did to its 4D56?

This will give hope to those who will find the Crosswind underpowered.

This might be a good idea but I wonder how will an engine fitted with push rods & rocker arms behave in crdi environment

More to the point, the loose tolerances and timing of the 4JA1 might not be suitable for CRDi. The 4D56 was a more modern engine already, SOHC with finer tolerances and quieter running. It still had some life left in it when CRDi came along, so re-engineering it for use as a CRDi / DiD was easy. The 4JA1 won't be. Besides, Isuzu already has its own series of i-Teq engines. They just won't put them on the Crosswind because of the expense.

(Note: Mitsu Strada's 850k base model is already CRDi... Isuzu's base D-Max is 4JA1T only)

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

afaik, the mechanicals of 2010 4ja1 ay hindi nalalayo sa mga naunang 4ja1. they are still the timing gear-pushrod mechanism etc.

or you may try searching other manuals sa *******pump.com
