May 1st, 2015 11:33 AM #183for 4jai, none turbo, yung oil catch can is for crank case breather. For mine, since its so old, a lot of blowby exist, so with out oil catch can, if you check the intake of the engine, you will find a lot of oil that enters from the crankcase breather. If you put a catch can between the crankcase and intake, you will minimize or prevent oil contamination of the intake, which will make the engine burn the air from air intake and the fuel only, with out catch can, the engine may also burn the oil that contaminate the intake, which is supposed to be not ideal. Engine oil is supposed to be not included as fuel. Yung sa akin, diy lang.. so not that good looking.. I'll put a picture in a while.
Hopefully, i am not doing it wrong, so posting the image here so to get feedback if i might be wrong on this.
The reason why i by pass the pipe near the intake is that, I observed that there is a little pressure that might go from here to the crankcase breather pipe, and since I admit that this rig has more blowby, bypassing per my observation, will reduce the pressure during the engine is running.

May 31st, 2015 11:44 PM #184Ah ganun pala tnx for posting sir talagang ginastusan mo ah. In my opinion lalakas fuel consumption mo pag na condemn mo na yang breather hose papuntang intake manifold.

August 6th, 2015 09:44 AM #190Hi,
I have a mechanic replaced the oil seal of the rear of transmission, the part that connected to propeller. But after a few days, I noticed that there is still a little drop of oil. Can anyone suggest what could be the other problem? is the seal not fitted properly (note: its an OEM Isuzu with correct part number). Hope someone can advise.
Thanks
