Plastic Interior Scratch

Passenger recently scratched the plastic glove compartment of my Montero with an umbrella.

I tried using the interior cleaner but it didn't work. Any product suggestions?

If the scratched surface is textured (e.g. satin finish or matte or faux leather), then there's nothing much you can do.
However, if the surface is polished/shiny, then you can easily fix the problem by using a plastic polish like PlastX.
(NOTE: don't ever attempt this on textured surfaces. it will make the problem worse.)

Your interior cleaner will do nothing sa scratch,
you'll just have to live with it. If textured nga ang surface,
ang option mo nalang is to have the scratched filled and ipapapinturahan mo nalang yung glove compartment,
or just replace the glove compartment itself.

or bili ka nalang ng extrang glove compartment, then hayaan mo nalang nakakabit yung nagasgasan,
para if may dala pa ulit payong yung passenger mo, hindi mo na iintindihin sya kung tamaan, meh extra ka naman.

i have somewhat same dilemma, meh onting sira na yung isang aircon louver ko, sa sobrang inis ko nung una, bumili ako ng
extrang louver sa casa, then nung binili ko, hindi ko pa pinapakinabit, since functional pa naman so far yung damaged louver,
galawin ng galawin ng passenger ko or ako, hanggang masira, wala na sakin,
mawasak man nya, wala ako pakialam, meh extra naman ako isa,

wrap it with vinyl sticker or spray it with plasti dip.

Hello mga sir/ma'am,

Ask ko lang po if may shops dito na nagfifix nang plastic interior scratches po. Nagkascratch po kasi na mahaba ung baba nang side arm rest. Di naman malalim so baka mafix pa. Unit po is yaris 2014 so same po ang interior texture as vios 2013.

Effective ba yang PlastX sa piano black dashboard trim? Marami na kasing fine scratches yung gitna ng dashboard ko na shiny black finish na plastic.
