License Plates - How long average wait time?

Ako, 4 months bago ko nakuha yung plate ko. Pero last week ko lang nalaman na kelangan ko pala ipaverify sa LTO. Kasi yung kakilala kong si Raine after 3years tsaka lang nya nalaman na walang record sa loob ng LTO yung plate number nya. Nagbayad pa sya para lang mapapasok yung plate number nya bago sya pwede mag renew. Kaya check nyo guys yung mga O.R. At C.R. Nyo kasi yung sa akin sulat kamay lang yung plate number malamang wala rin yun sa record, hindi pa lang ako nagkatime na icheck. Pero sabi nila hocus pocus daw ng mga ahente yun.

Kaya pala ang nangyari naman dun sa isang CR-V namin e namultahan ako ng 1k+ sa LTO nung June, sabi hindi daw registered ng 2007 Siraulo ba sila 3 years nga ang initial registration

^ gc yung car. Abad Santos ang dealer. From the previous posts above concerning tampered lto registration, bigla ko napatingin sa Reg ko to see Kung sulat kamay yung plate number, novaliches pa naman. Buti na Lang Hindi. Hehe.

So far i'm happy with the service from abad Santos. Ok yung sales and service advisor ko. I hope they maintain this kind of service.

It's exactly 1 month yesterday since my van got released. Agent called me yesterday saying the CSR has just arrived and my requested ending number 8 isn't yet available. Says we wait until the first week of september. I can either get a 9 or 0 ending and my P200 will be refunded (i paid 750) or i can get 1 or 2 and add P900.

May bayad na ba talaga ang pagpili ng ending plate number ngayon? Baka naman "charitable" funds nanaman yan? Ang alam ko special license plates ang may bayad eh.

I requested for an ending "5" from my SA, pero wala naman ako binayaran when I got my plate.

So, if today is aug 17, ill get a 4 free months diba?

4 months bago nakuha plate number ko. Pero hanggang ngayon wala pa rin sticker ko. Nov 2010 nareleased unit ko from casa.

The way I understood it, LTO will still give you the current year's sticker. There's no "free" from the gov't. Laging tayo ang lugi dapat.

Got my Elantra August 17, got notified last Monday Holiday (Aug 29) that my plate, ending in 8, is now ready.
That's less than two weeks, breaking my previous record of 2 weeks with my Honda City (Alabang)

Kaso, Saturday pa ako makakapunta Hyundai Greenhills para sabay na ng 1K PMS hehehe
