Sa mga SF owners, ano ang nakukuha niyong fuel mileage city driving sa 2010 diesel SF?

Hello to Sta. Fe owners!

Makikitanong lang po, my girlfriend bought one recently (few days ago) and maingay daw yung brakes when depressing the pedal. I told her lahat ng automatic cars maingay yung brake kasi gumagalaw na yung kotse kahit hindi pa fully released yung pads kaso ayaw niya maniwala (previous manual user siya). So just wanted to ask other owners out there if you have noisy brakes as well and paano solusyonan.

Baka 'yong sinasabi niya is the sound when the Disc Brakes are wet while she applies or releases the brake pedal slightly. That is normal.

Pero kung ang tunog eh katulad sa iyak ng preno ng bus or truck, yon ang problema. Also, pag medyo manipis na ang brake pad, maingay na ang preno to signify that the pads need replacement.

Napansin ko to sa tucson gen 2 at sta fe 08 namin nangyayari sakin to pag kaka andar pa lang. Yung ramp na pababa ng garahe namin is medyo steep so dahan dahan sa pagbaba at alalay sa preno. Parang may may juddering sound galing sa brakes. Pag sa montero naman namin pag bumababa sa ramp walang juddering.

Dahil yan sa brake pads. Kasi hindi asbestos (like bendix) yung brake pads ng Hyundai.

At napapansin niyo rin malupit mag brake dust.

Sold my 2007 SF then bought the 2010 SF again!

Alam ko sir meron isang nag post dito regarding that issue. May problem daw yung Tranny ng SF niya.

Pero naayos naman po.

Hmm..ganun po pala yun. Salamat po sa inyo and sa mga sumagot. Pwede po bang ipapalit sa Hyundai iyon? Or kailangan bumili ng aftermarket brakes para tuluyan na masolusyonan?
