February 22nd, 2010 03:42 PM #2522Parang thumping sound sa bottom though bihira na ngayon mangyari not all the time na.

Just wanted to share my experience in trying to acquire a Tucson. Everything is clean na sa bank, approved, etc. Unit na lang talgaa inaantay. PO has been faxed to dealership, they "said" that a unit was available but they would only release it to me if I would get in house financing and pay an additional premium (bayaran na mga LTO, insurance, etc). Unit would only be released to customers who were willing to abide to their terms. I do understand the position that the Tucson is the "in" automobile but this is just wrong. It's kinda sad how they don't see the impact of this in the long term. Loss in customer sales, more people knowing the brand, etc... I don't know where this will go but I hope Hyundai gets to manage things better, demand and all.
So sad.
Sorry for venting out... Off to the next dealership or even next brand[/QUOTE]

February 23rd, 2010 12:52 AM #2525Mga sir, I reported this to the bank and I believe they reported it to the head office (or kung san man). I got a call hours later from Hyundai after making the complaint and I was told that it wasn't standard etc, etc. for a SA to mention that (though other branches had other rakets.. required reservation kahit may PO, etc.). I told the manager my concerns and also gave feedback regarding the other things I've been hearing. I'm pretty sure this won't reach the extents I want it to reach but hope others don't fall for this type of ploy.
This bad experience made me think of not getting one anymore.. but in the end, walang magawa... ANG GANDA EH. :bounceD:

February 23rd, 2010 04:49 PM #2530I first gassed up at 65km and yesterday nagfull tank ako (45.3L) my odometer was at 398km so roughly 7.33km/L. 65% city driving (white plains-makati daily) 35% highway (1 back and forth to Tagaytay).
No, but it was what sounded closest to Bill, bill. Ha ha ha!
