At ngayon,- hindi na puwedeng ikaw ang magdala ng motor oil for the PMS. HARI na ang nagsu-supply nito. Sabi sa akin ito ng Hyundai Pasig....

It's pure BS to follow the month. Stupid din ang susunod dyan.

I follow the km reading of my car. Hindi naman makapalag yung casa eh. I average 1000km per month.

I'll talk to Hyundai Las Pinas kung pwede parin ako magdala ng sariling oil at parts. Kasi the HGMO doesn't meet the requirements of the R-eVGT engines.

Simply because the HGMO is a repacked Shell Helix

Meron din gumagawa nun for them tapos repack nalang.

Right now po is I have a January 2011 acquired SUV, I am done with the 1K and 5K PMS, but definitely after the 10K KM PMS ay sa labas na ng Casa ang punta ko kung wala akong problemang makikita sa major component ng unit ko. Maybe yung mase-save kong money, kung di ako sa casa magpapa PMS, ay pwede ng ipang dagdag kung magpapalit man ako ng bagong Car in the next 3 years. This is only my own opinion.
Boss rmsoriano, I think i'll follow your advise, i'll give them one more PMS para kahit papano 15k would be enough to identify performance ng makina.

I think I should follow rmsoriano's advise kung ganito naman kamahal ang cost for PMS. Actually, nagkamali nga ako for my 20K PMS and it cost me Php 16K kasi nga pati break pad sa harapan eh pinalitan.

And in my opinion sayang lang fully synthetic oil sa first 1000 pms, maganda siya ilagay pag 10,000 kms pataas. Semi Synthetic will do sa mga unang pms.

Although wala namang masama o benifits na makukuha agad sa full synthetic oil since halos break in period palang engIne mo. The best benefit kasi talaga pag higher mileage ka na. Yung other vehicle mo naman kataka taka na nag rust na in a year kasi afaik lahat ng new vehicles ngayon factory rustproofed na.

It seems HARI is making it difficult for buyers to claim the 5 yr. warranty with their overpriced service at the CASA.

Because service centers use different oils, different prices, different way of PMS.

They should be like Honda Phils. na one price policy, one brand of oil (Repacked Honda VTEC-LEV), one PMS schedule, same labor charges every dealer.

May HGMO na sila ngayon, Hyundai Genuine Motor Oil. But it's BS! the Fully Synthetic for diesel engine doesn't meet the requirements of the R-eVGT engine. Tapos ang mahal, around 680 pesos per liter.

Kaya ako I buy parts and oil from Seiring tapos papagawa ko nalang sa Hyundai Las Pinas.

Wow this really is a huge concern for me.. I've been eyeing the Elantra as one of my top pics as I'm in the market for a new car pero kung yung service nila is medyo inconsistent napapa dalawang isip ako.

Please keep the reports about Hyundai PMS coming guys! Especially if it is about the elantra I guess yan ang magiging malaking factor sa decision ko.. maintenance consistency.
