Just got a PMS last week. HARI sucks and damn their HGMO!!!!!!! nasilip ko na din ang viscosity rating of the synthetic oil nila and it is _w-50. I don't know the recommended oil for other cars, but the GC owners manual recommended _w-40 as the maximum viscosity. To make matters worse, HGMO is not made by Hyundai it is just manufactured for HARI! mas magaling pa ata ang HARI kesa sa Hyundai eh. They even have the guts to say that mavoid ang warranty dahil sumunod ako sa viscosity rating ng Hyundai! mga garapal sa pera!

+1 wala ako balak gamitin kung ano anong oil miski synthetic pa (hindi naman lahat ng oil pare-parehas), better stick with trusted brands. Ang mahirap lang nga HARI would use that against the owners para lang hindi maclaim ng warranty. Its too sad that some persons (HARI) prioritize making money than customer satisfaction.

That's my beef with the Shell oils they use at Hyundai Pasig. CF lang ang rating sa diesel. Sure, mataas ang rating nila sa gas kasi FS na yung ibang inaalok, but that's FS for gas. The other diesel oils mababa lang. Tapos bawal pa magdala ng sariling oil.

Para hindi masayang ang byahe, I took their oil and used it for about 1t kms. Dumped it and went with Delo MG. Been on ZIC after that.

What dealer Bro? And what other dealers accept own oil that don't charge P500/L corkage?

    Gad*#%*#%*#!!!!

Hyundai Greenhills is charging me P500/L corkage for my 8 liters to use my own ZIC oil. Or, their best offer is P768/L of HGMO. And so I asked what the rating was. 15w-50 daw. Ok, so I ask for the API classification. Sir, ano po yon? It only says here SM/CF. And I just laugh. I tell him that it's a rating even older than the first Starexes that rolled on Philippine soil. Ok, so I just tell him to sell me the oil filter and I will have my oil changed elsewhere. Brakes na lang pala ang ibang aayusin sa 10tkm. Eh wala na silang gagawin. So I just cancel the appointment.

Nag-R EVGT pa sila, pero CF lang yung langis! Even my aging 2004 turbo diesel should be on oil better than Cf, what more the RE VGT?!

Our Tucson AT is equipped with a longlife ATF that never needs changing as long as you use your vehicle in a regular manner(read the owners manual)

Please try too read the maintenance section of the owners manual, by following it, it can save you a lot from the casa' s exorbitant prices and unnecessary replacement of parts.

Be careful with maintenance free AT. Even BMW had an issue with their maintenance free transmission before.

The Ford Fiesta supposedly uses a dry clutch transmission of some sort.
