Purpose of the thread would be:
    1) gauge the rates of Hyundai Casas
    2) quality of work of that particular Casa

    Vehicle: Hyundai Accent 2010 CRDI

1st PMS (7,500 * Hyundai San Fernando, Pampanga)
    - undercoating
    - oil (semi-synth), oil filter, air filter, etc

2nd PMS (5,000 - based on the quotation they gave me)
    - oil (full-synth), oil filter, air filter, etc

Sa aking palagay, masyadong mahal. Tapos eto pa, after ng 1st PMS ko, I noticed na kumakabig pakanan yung kotse ko although konti lang. Pero very noticeable at high speed. Been hearing from others na mas maganda daw na pa maintain ko na lang sa labas (of course from a quality auto shop), sacrificing the warranty. Kasi kung ganito din lang ang gumagawa sa casa, mas mainam na siguro kung sa labas kasi at least pwede mo makita kung paano nila ginagawa (di kasi pwede pumasok dun sa loob ng pagawaan). Can someone suggest kung saang Hyundai Casa maganda magpagawa?

    Thanks everyone.
Mga Sir sakin P2800 1st PMS ko

    - oil
    - oil filter
    - flusher

    so far ok naman

Ako sa Hyundai Las Pinas (former Hyundai Alabang) sa may tapat ng SouthMall for our Grand Starex.

No bad experience so far since I started engaging them 2004 with our former Gen3 Starex. Okay din lang ang cost ng PMS.

I used to own a 2013 Hyundai Elantra 1.6GL. Na turn off talaga ako sa after sales ng Hyundai. Regarding PMS, you really have to know what's indicated on your maintenance schedule para yun lang ang ipapaayos ninyo.

Isa pang ginagawa ko is nagpapa quote ako through email before going to CASA para alam ko na gastos ko before ako pumunta. Also, napapaalis ko na lahat ng mga "extras" nila before ako dumating.

^^ diba baligtad? Kung bago, it is always better to use FS than mineral based. Synthetic oil is more stable under varied operating temperatures than mineral oil & offers better fuel efficiency for your car. But I can see your point. Synthetics are really more expensive & for people who get stuck in traffic everyday, the oil gets dirtier sooner & oil change intervals become more frequent. Economically, not that feasible. On a performance standpoint, on the other hand, synthetics is really the way to go. It is less viscous & maintains that viscosity far better than any mineral oil.

    Best compromise is use semi-syn.

Once a year lang ako change oil with fully syn kahit casa maintained unit ko. Change filter midway then top up.

Same here. Once a year lang ako change oil and change filter every 6mos since hindi ako nakakaHit ng 10k kms per year.

Maybe you'd like to continue the good service of your Casa...or, maybe you'd want to call their attention to better improve on their service. Please click the link below and give a Rating for your Casa.

Change all fluids and consumables yan so if done outside mga roughly 8-9k for your car. Then get a complete full camber toe-in toe out check and alignment sa Serviktek or any reputable underchassis shop

    Makatipid ka pa ng half,

for those with the diesel engines, change your oil every 3-6 months if you must. these cars malfunction even if you rarely used them. and everyday, test your motors like rear power windows, door locks kahit wala gumagamit. they use substandard motors. I just found out in the hyundaiforums USA. dami na galit sa hyundai dun coz their cars are waging

Hi! I am a new Hyundai Accent owner and my car will have to undergo its first PMS (1k km) soon. I asked for a quotation for the PMS from the dealership where I bought my car (Hyundai San Fernando, Pampanga) so that I could decide which services I would want to exclude. Here is what they sent me:

    Oil Filter - 450
    Semi-synthetic oil - 1552
    Transmission Fluid - 1164
    Nitro - 420
    Synthetic Wax - 250
    Odor Eliminator - 200
    Misc - 295
    Total - 4331
I am pretty sure that the oil filter and semi synthetic oil are needed. The nitro, synthetic wax and odor eliminator, I can opt out of not having them done. What I am not sure of is the transmission fluid. Is it really necessary for the transmission fluid to be changed for the first 1000km PMS? I heard one of the SAs in the background talking to the customer service I have talked to on the phone saying "Oo, kailangan, pang-1000km lang yung transmission fluid kasi."

I badly need your expert opinion in this matter kasi medyo mahal din ang transmission fluid at baka mamaya I am just getting ripped off by this casa. Thanks!

transmission fluid is not needed at 1000kms.

    read your owners manual.

dont be fooled by these folks.

1hr lng yan.. dont have your car wash and waxed there. find a better car wash place in your area via fb.

In Hyundai (Las Piñas), car wash is free, the engine wash & detailing isn’t. So decline mo na lang yung engine detailing

you could also skip nitrogen in the tires if so should you wish.

    nitrogen?

using the proponents' explanation, all we need to do, is to use ordinary air. after several re-inflations using ordinary air, our tires would already be full of nitrogen-enriched gas.
