I doubt it. HARI didn't bring in a GDi Sonata after all.. although alot of enthusiasts were clamoring over it, pangit fuel quality natin dito sa Philippines according to them to make it feasible.
Of course, I know a GDi Sonata owner (we all know who that is :naughty2who doesn't really have a problem with our gas here but you know how people are.. no GDi = better profit margins

Distance - TripComputer - Actual computed
296.0 - 11.37 - 10.14
373.8 - 12.05 - 11.18
357.3 - 11.90 - 10.74
394.1 - 12.66 - 11.62
338.7 - 10.64 - 9.74
So its pretty safe to say that the trip computer is consistently about 10% optimistic.
