Good luck. Ako kinailangan pang sadyain sa Winterpine para malutas yang problemang 'yan. Hirap ng schedule niyan sa casa e, di pwedeng basta-basta pupunta at papagawa sa dealer, kailangan kung kailan nandoon ang Winterpine saka mo lang din dalhin, otherwise di rin magagawa.

Iniwan ko nalang din sa casa, kasi pati Aircon compressor ko at radio sira din.haaayy, wala ng katapusang kalbaryo. To think my accent is just 10 months old and ran for only 2,700 kms

Hyundai accent 1.4 m/t 2012, so far no experience of engine knock. great performance as well! so satisfied!

makisingit lang. planning to get an accent before but with all the negative issues coming out of hyundai accent, i wonder what would be the resale value after 2-3 years?

Akin kakapalit lang ng Actuator kasi hindi na bumubukas... ngayon nagaalarm na lang din magisa. fail talaga alarm system nito...

naku! yun kasi pinaka malapit dito samin. do you mind telling me more about these issues with the dealership? Sa pag purchase ba or sa service? If ever, i can purchase the unit at OTIS, but get it serviced elsewhere. TIA

Nasa Hyundai PMS thread yung mga negative feedback dun. Kapit bahay ko lang yan Hyundai Otis pero hindi ako diyan nagpapa-service.

so far, so good ang accent ko pero, 5,000 km pa lang natatakbo. false alarm yun knocking, hindi naman pala engine yun hehe. ok naman power, 0-100 in 10.8 sec. so far i've managed 187 kmh (gps) * nlex, kulang kalsada so i've yet to find the absolute topspeed. medyo wobbly lang talaga pag malakas cross-wind dahil na din sa sobra lambot ng suspension. as far as the vague center tracking, nakuha naman sa reset ang eps. so, for the moment we're all good with a bit of apprehension. sa dami kasi ng nabasa ko nagka-problema na accent nakakakaba pa din... feeling mo may kaangkas ka na maligno

nainis na ako sa hyundai(well, sa agent)... ayaw sa bank namin which is BPI. although pumayag pa din kami sa mga ka tie-up nila na bank, ang tagal tumawag... kinabukasan na, wala pa din feed back... sa ford isang tawag lang namin, after a few hours, approved na... hehe... kaya di ko pa alam... dagdag pa ng mga nababasa ko dito na issues ng accent, i'm doubting na talaga... hehehe

Basta don't go for a Hyundai muna, yes magaganda sila tingnan pero all is in sheeps skin pa. At this point you still have a choice lalu na naglabasan na mga issues, we don't kse kme yung mga guinea pigs noon. Example is the Accent, over a year na issue di parin maresolve. Yes may chances na di ka makakauha ng problematic unit, a ratio of 70good/30bad eh paano kung kasama ka sa 30? Service lalu na sa mga technical issues unreliable ang Hyundai. In my personal opinion, (no offense sa mga fanatic ng Korean brands ha) I would stay away muna from any Korean brand. I like the looks of the Kia units pero sa konti ng tumatakbong Kia sa kalsada worry ko kapag may mga issues ay kung magagawan din ba ng solutiuon agad agad, eh sa Hyundai nga na isang damakmak na Accent units sa kalsada di parin ma solve ang knocking problem nila.

Go for the 3 major car brands, kaya nga sila sumikat dahil sa durability and service na binibigay nila. Yes may mga issues din ang mga ito pero di gaya ng Hyundai. I have no issues with Kia and to be fair baka nga mas ok sila pero coming from me a disgusted Hyundai owner, i don't trust the Koreans muna.

I worked with sales way back and the customer has always thier options kun saan preferred nilang bank, outside or inhouse. Gusto lnag kumita ng agent kaya pinipilit nya inhouse or affiliated banks. Go to your bank and apply for a car loan, see the big difference in savings

totoo na ito. akala ko i was spared from the "knock... knock.." nakalimutan ni esmi pakargahan ang accent ng gas. i never let my vehicles go lower than 1/4 tank. this time naka-ilaw na sya, kaya napilitan ako magpakarga with caltex gold. kinabukasan eto na ang knock and sluggish acceleration. last night i had the fuel drained (transferred to our trusty toy echo) and filled up with v-power.... salamat, back to normal! previously, nakakargahan ko din ng various 95 octane fuel brands of caltex (same gas station), petron, unoil, and total. but as i said, i never let the tank drop below 1/4.

Hindi parin ayos accent mo bro? Yung akin napalitan na ecu at aircon compressor, mabilis napalitan nung naghanap ako ng padrino at gumamit na ng kamay na bakal. So far wala pa naman akong naririnig na knock and performance is great after the ecu change. Pero its been a week palang since the change so I'm still observing.

Regarding sa parts hindi totoong wala silang parts, sinabon ko yung service manager nila tungkol dyan
