*laterald - Regarding break-in, sabi lang sakin ng SA na wala naman special break-in requirement and to just drive it normally kasi factory break in na daw yung engine. I've driven every new car I've had without strictly observing the traditional break-in guidelines (syempre excited ako to see what the new car can do) and I haven't had any problems so far

Hindi ko pa napansin kung nagiinit yung lens but yung cut off is medyo sabog talaga but the lamp position is low enough para hindi maka affect sa oncoming vehicles. Hindi lang kaya ng standard fuse na 10amp yung HID na pinakabit ko, got busted after a day. Pinalitan ko ng fuse 15ampere na ginamit ko, so far almost 3 months di pa busted. I got pala yung 4300K

I've been long planning to change the foglamps also, nag woworry lang ako na matunaw yung lens na parang plastic lang kasi, but if yours is still ok after 3 months, magpapalit narin ako hehe. Saan nakamount yung ballast sir? Yung panel sa ilalim ng chin lang naman ata tatanggalin to install the fogs?

Been a reader of this thread since nakakita ako ng GC sa streets of metro manila.. Dati akala ko parang ordinary car lang to kasi sa pics parang ganun nga, pero iba pala sa totoo.. Lakas ng dating

Hehe, baka pina-bless sa ust church ..Sa sobrang rare ng GC at yellow pa baka nga si sir jbox na yun hehehe..Pero IIRC tinted siya eh..And wala pa atang plaka..Di rin clear yung view ko nung car kasi it was like 15 meters away from me..

Nahuli lang yung attention ng mata ko dahil sa yellow ang kulay..I even asked my girl classmate to look at it, ang tanging nasabi nya lang ay "AYY....." while turning her head to where the GC was going..

Tama sir pa-bless niyo na yan hehe.. Para safer ang trip natin palagi

sir am not exactly sure yung location ng ballast kasi di ko nakita nung kinabit, was not there. Pa HID mo na sir better illumination sa road, sulit naman.

do any of you really follow the proper break in procedure for 1,000 km here?

break in periods are essential but i guess i don't belive in 'em. before you receive your brand spankin new car, they fully test your car including high speed driving, cornering, stopping and ultimately revving the hell out of your engine to test its quality and approval for public use.

Congrats sa new owners ng GC and to those who had some mods done. Dumarami na tayo.
So far my mods are the Horn (Bosch airmaster) and HID foglights.
Am planning next month to upgrade intake and exhaust. Can you pls recommend what intake and exhaust type and brand is suited for GC 3.8? Where best to order and have them installed? Any inputs would be appreciated...
