Unitbody cars all have separate front subframes. It's how they're attached to the crash structure that makes a difference in ride comfort and NVH. Mazda, for example, witht he CX9, has all the subframes rubber-mounted to reduce vibrations and impacts. So even with a stiff suspension and 20" wheels, it's actually pretty comfortable to ride.

FYI guys the i10 is equipped with a sub frame, thats the main reason that when you drive an i10 eh di mo aakalain na small car ang minamaneho mo cause it feels like a big car when your behind the wheels, the subframe makes the car safer and more stable specially at high speeds

as i know late model hyundai and kia lang po ang gumagamit ng sub frame sa mga locally released cars dito sa country naten, wala akong alam na japanese car maker na gumagamit ng sub frame

european cars usually has sub frames

I would personally comment on this, I don't feel that I am driving a small car. Unless may katabi lang talaga ako na truck. It actually feels good. I thought, pag ganto ka small nde ganun ung feel. (I usually drive a 97 mazda, gen2).

Hi mga sir.. pano po ba mkakuha ng mgandang fc?! mine is just playing to 7-9 km/L just got my unit last aug... once plang ako nkakuha ng 10km/L and btw ka2 1000 kms plng pro d ko pa nba2lik sa casa for the PMS..

Don't worry it will still improve in time, once you reach more than 5k you will see the improvement on your i10's FC.

Kung matic i10 mo, and not in such a hurry, wag masyado heavy sa gas pedal, mga less 2k rpm, 2.5k rpm max, you'll get faster eventually, unless may truck na iniilawan ka na from behind. Pag stop, shift to N.

Mine is 1.1 matic, 11 km/l FC, I use XCS, city driving and short trips. When it was at below 1K ODO reading it went up to 13km/l Bulacan-Subic-Bulacan-Antipolo-Bulacan. Havent got to other destinations for long trips yet but Im excited to see my FC this time at 6K ODO.I LOVE this car!

Yup. Alto owner ako, pero I think mas ok ang Hyundai i10, sa price difference naman magkaiba na sila diba. How about compare it sa Suzuki Celerio, that would be better.

ok thanks sa reply sir. yun lang kasi kaya ng budget ko. ayaw ko po ipasok sa bank financing kasi anlaki ng interest nakakalula

A Honda Civic doing a 188 kph para lang mahabol yung i10. Di pa rin nya naabutan.

Another i10 beyond 180kph.

Thanks sa reply.. Manual ung i10 ko.. another question how much will I need to spend for the 1st PMS? My agent told me kx na magdala daw ako ng 3K for the oil ganon ba talaga ka expensive ang oil ng i10? sorry got lots of question 1st time to have a car eh dont have an idea sa maintenance.
