most probably its a camber problem...
solution?? hindi pa alam kasi hindi din alam kung ano kotse nyo

Yapoy is right, some car have adjustable camber so its alot easier if you can explain in more detail about your car.
Anyway, obviously this is the camber angle causing this. It's 100 % not the strut. I would find a reputable shop where you live that does free estimates on these sorts of things and take advantage of that. Most likely, it's a bent control arm.

Just shooting ideas in the air:
If the car was lowered without installing a camber kit, that will put the camber into the wrong geometry. Either that or the rear springs are getting saggy.
Where in throttle body is the adjustment the bizscew or on fix SAS
high idle RPM at engine start
