Somebody sold me an Ondoy car, now what?!

at sana naman ung mga nagmamayari ng mga naondoy na sasakyan e wag na nila ibenta ung kotse nila ipaayos na lang nila at gamitin nila. kung minalas sila na nabiktima ng ondoy wag na sila mandamay sa kamalasan nila kasi kawawa naman ung mabibiktima nila...ung bumibili ng second hand na sasakyan alam naman natin na un lang ang kaya ng budget nila...na kahit papanu nga e magkaroon ng sasakyan...sigurado naman ako na kung lahat lang tayo na mahilig magsasakyan e laging may budget para sa brand new e siguradong di tayo kukuha ng second hand....kaya please lang po sa mga nagiisip na ibenta ang sasakyan nila na naondoy sana po wag na ipaayos at gamitin nyo na lang ulet kasi po baka sa susunod di lang po ondoy ang dumating sa inyo....

Kung ako sayo bro pilitin mo ibalik ung car sa nabilhan mo and bawiin mo pera mo.. isipin mo nlng bumili ka ng car para makatulong sayo and for FUN tapos ganyan lang.. hayzz may mga tao talagang mapagsamantala ..

TS-sir you have to prove things one at a time ...
1. prove that it is an ondoy-victim car
2. you have not mentioned whether or not you got the car from an ondoy stricken place
3. you have inspected all the credentials of the car before you bought it and you actually conceded on buying the car coz you and your mechanic attested to its quality. in fact you have been mentioning that the car is in "perfect" condition even after 1 year of the ondoy tragedy

in short it was just the trace of mud discovered when you had it detailed that made you assumed it was an ondoy victim car...and you were not even forced to buy the car in the first place. it was your choice and it was your decision.assuming that you mentioned (and you actually knew)where you bought the car, you should have avoided buying from that (ondoy affected) place...

paano mo napapatunayan sa korte na niloko ka ng seller dahil hindi niya sinabing na ondoy yan sasakyan na yan, kung siya mismo hindi niya ito alam kasi second owner na siya at yung first owner ang nakakaalam nito at hindi siya. kay hindi ka niya niloko kasi di rin niya alam kaya di niya masasabi sa iyo during the time na binibili mo.

I'm communicating with the sellers and they are telling me they were not aware of it and that it was working ever since they bought it from the first owner. I really find this hard to believe. I took pictures of the dried mud under the carpet and sent it to them with the demand to return our money. Will see.

HMM.. baka naman flooring lang yan.. better siguro tignan mo yung service history nyan..

I talked to the detailing shop supervisor this morning and he pointed out to me the most probable level of the flood damage. I placed a red line in the attached image for faster illustration...

di po ako ang kausap ng seller at ang sinasabi ko ay yun ang dapat niyang patunayan in case mapunta sila sa korte, kailangan lahat ng possibilities at angle titignan mo para malakas ang depensa mo, hindi lang point ng buyer pati seller para kung pumunta ka na sa giyera kumpleto ka sa armas hindi yung doon ka pa magiisip . at per doncamote nabili ito ng 2nd owner dec09 at ang ondoy ay sep09
