    do you even know na ang consultation fee palang ng abugado eh uubusin na ang pera mo? kahit idemanda mo (in which hindi ka pa sure na mananalo dahil parang madedehado ka pa nga like what I stated on my previous post), maglulustay ka lang ng napakalaking halaga ng pera. you can use those cash for maintenance IMO. after all, the car is running fine pa rin naman yata.

    my point is that if only the buyer insist of having his monies returned dahil malabo nga isoli sa kanya yun dahil sa nagkasundo na sila sa presyo at condition.

    kaya mahirap bumili ng 2nd hand car kasi sa dami ng nabaha noong undoy di mo alam kung alin doon ang binebenta, yung iba nagpalipas lang ng taon bago benta para makalimutan lang ang nagyari, bago ibenta para mataas pa rin ang presyo nito;

    Kaya kapag bibili kayo ng kotse tanong niyo kaagad "Na-Ondoy ba yan?"

    So sasabihin nung seller di po ito na Ondoy.

    Sabihin mo ay sorry hinahanap ko kasi na Ondoy. Hehehe

    Hirap bumili ng second hand ngayon.

    Kung pwede nga lang hiwain yung upuan sa gitna I'm sure may bakas pa rin ng putik sa loob.

    You have a very good case Sir. Mababawi mo naman ang legal costs at pagod mo in terms of damages to be awarded by the court if you win the case. The pertinent provisions of the law are as follows: Civil Code Art. 2220 -moral damages for breach of contract (with fraud and bad faith), Art. 2221 -nominal damages (for the purpose of indemnifying for the loss), Art. 2229 -exemplary damages, and attorneys fee. The award of the court will run from thousands up to millions of pesos depending on the damage you have suffered.
