Hindi po ata papalitan ng unit yan, sir. The max that the insurance would do is to declare total loss and give the client the depreciated amount of the car in cash.
However sa case na ganyan wherein flooring lang nabasa, I highly doubt that the insurance co. Will declare it as a total loss.

August 22nd, 2013 04:27 PM #14355not sure on this one, pero tingin ko, casa will try and restore the flooring, since yun ang may damage, covered yan ng insurance. but i think hindi naman papalitan ng new car. dapat yata total loss and hindi na tlga nagana ang car.

Sa flooded units may mga level basis yung insurance. From flooring to lagpas dash.
Kung flooring lang, sasagutin nila detail, rust proofing, and other electronics na sa flooring nakakabit (like srs module). Magiging total loss lang kung lagpas dashboard kasi dome light lang matitira.

Gusto ko ng ipasok sa casa para malinis or else mamaho at kakalawangin ang mga bolts na nakakabit sa mga trimmings, I mean ako muna ang magbabayad, then re-imburse sa MAA insurance, ang tanong e papayag kaya ang insurance ng ganun?
