ser question lang, di ba kayo binigyan ng Honda nung form ba yun para kapag hinuli ka dahil walang plate number, yun yung ipapakita as a proof na on going yung registration? binigyan kasi ako nung pagkakuha ko ng sasakyan.. good for 3 weeks tapos pag wala pa rin yung plate after 3 weeks, hihingi uli ng form sa kanila for another 1 week naman uli.. anyway, makukuha ko na plate number ko mamaya, hehehe :p letter 'N' na pala yung start ngayon ng mga bago..

no paper will exempt you from no plate no travel policy in the Philippines.

yun binibigay ng casa is nothing but a piece of paper, technically this form is used only for vehicles being delivered from the plant to the dealers. This allows the driver to use the vehicle in this period. Honda uses this excuse to deliver the car to the owners, likewise let the owners drive their new cars until the form expires. If you notice yun form na binibigay ng honda sa inyo is the same form all the time and iniiba nila yun date when you purchased the vehicle.

in fact honda does not claim liability if huliin ka ng government agencies even if you have that form. you are on your own.

the delay in plates is ALWAYS the manufacturer's fault. Plants releases CSRs to the LTO. Without these CSRs, LTO will not register your vehicles, and the plants release these by batches. In fact plates are abundant, there are dealers that have reserved plates from LTO already.

once again NO PLATE, NO TRAVEL. Your own risk to travel, and no amount of paper from honda will save you if nakatapat ka ng gago na pulis.

Hi guys, newbie here! just bought my Honda jazz 1.5 last 4 weeks ago. First time to have a gas vehicle, sanay po ako sa deisel engine/cars. Im having some problems lang po. kaya ask ko lang sana mga bossing:

1. Is it really normal to hear clicking sounds when yun shift from P or N to D or R? May naririnig akong clicking sound coming from the engine bay eh. I know its the transmission pero bkt sa ibang cars parang hindi ganun halata or dinig.
2. Have you guys ever reached 6,000 to 6,500 RPM when you're using the paddle shifter? Wala ba kayo na aamoy na weird coming from the aircon? I noticed that every time hataw ko yun Jazz up to 6-6.5K RPM parang meron ako na aamoy sunog or parang amoy "Kulot/parlor" hehehe sorry for the term. Kung electrical yun dapat kahit na hindi ko hinahataw yun jazz maaamoy. Pero na aamoy ko lang yun pag umaabot ng 6-6.5k yun rpm. hindi naman ako nag brabrakes. and ang weird pa is that lately ko lang na papansin yun like mga 3days ago lang. Pero before wala naman kahit na i-hataw ko yun car
3. Meron ba po gumagamit ng 17x7 offset +40 sa inyo? is +43 enuf na? kase kahit na hindi lowered sumasabit pa rin po ako dun sa 205/45r17 tires sa 17x7 offset+40 mags
4. Is the FC display sa instrument cluster po ba natin accurate? Why is that palagi mababa yun na kukuha ko FC pag compute ko yun TRIP (KM) divided by FULL TANK (Liter). like kanina lang po. Full tank from balanga, drove all the way to manila, FC rading ko po is around 16KM/L but nung compute ko its only 13+KM/L? (forgot the actual figures). Changing the air filter po ba will cause inaccurate computation/reading ng FC?

i noticed the same thing nung hinataw ko ung 1.3 ko sa sctex a month ago. i was at 6k rpm running at 180kph, biglang may nagamoy sunog, natakot nga ako. di lang pala ako. lets wait for some of the xperts

di po tlga accurate ung figures sir, my jazz is all stock, and its giving me 2 kms more than the actual reading. Last full tank ko, the reading gave me 15.5 km/l. Using manual computation only gave me 13.6 km/ liter.

I've owned the GE for a month now and from driving it, here's what I noticed, it computes FC from the speed plus how deep you press the gas pedal. The thing is, if let's say you're in gear and cruising but not pressing the gas pedal, you're consuming gas...but it will think that you're in neutral. Siguro kung ang ginawa nila is kunin yung computation from speed and rpm that would be perfect. But I think it's also related to the drive by wire feature. I might be wrong though, maybe others can also share some info.

Parang mas accurate yung meter pag naka 100+ kms ka na.. Nag manual compute ako dati, same naman dun sa FC meter

actually i asked honda na regarding this, they said that its bcz still within the break-in period. One of the SA told me that until 10TH KM ang break-in period, opinion daw nya. ganun ba talaga katagal? i already checked the engine bay and i cant seem to find any cause of that smell. wala naman tagas ng oil/fluid, of course dapat lang bago pa eh. wala naman electrical wiring na susunog or may sign na nasunog or overheating. pero nakaktakot lang n nakakapag taka. i just want to know if its normal or atleast common to most jazz owners, para pwede ko na ulit hatawin yun jazz hehehe....thanks

btw mga bossing im selling rota MTS 17x7 4-100 et+40. baka may interested pwede din naman yata cya sa mga other year model na civic? im using 205/45r17 tires medyo makapal kaya mdyo may rubbing pag hi speed cornering. kung 40series baka possible na walang rubbing mangyari. thanks

1. I hear clicks when moving from R N D or vice versa
2. No burnt smell when I had the chance to floor the Jazz on my way to cavite. Have that burnt smell in my other vehicles though.
3. No experience with the rim offset
4. On board computer is always different from computing manually. They will always be overstated than computing manual.
5. Water passing thru the door is normal in all the cars i've owned. Since you removed the trim, you will see if the plastic membrane is still glued well and is sealing the door from your interior trim. If its not, water will definitely wet your speakers and other attachments in your interior panel, some experience leak going in the cabin via the poor membrane seal.
