facelifted civic for 2009... do i wait?

hello peeps newbie here.

as you may glean from the title,i'm seriously thinking of whether or not to wait for the facelifted civic next year.

do you guys know when honda will be releasing it? if they even plan to that is.

wait for it. January 7, 2009 is the date...
win win situation..

you can test drive it first and get first hand feel rather than just read the specs...
if you do get one, higher resale value if you dont plan to keep it for a million years
if you do get it, sure ka na for three years, guaranteed updated look ng tsikot mo
if you do decide to wait and find out that you still want the old model, I'm sure Honda will, by then offer the old body with lower price tag

i suggest you wait...
or if you're sure na that you do want to get it, get in line na.. marami ng nagpapareserve..

Sabay ba launching ng 09 Civic and 09 City? AFAIK City pa lang ang lalabas next month.

where's the best dealer to go to? my nearest one is otis but i people have been telling me that global city is good. any thoughts?

ilang months na lang, luma na agad ang 2006 model. few months of waiting can be overcome by years of satisfaction.

2009 Honda Civic

The fog lights of the recent model looks better for me but i like the front grille & the new set of rims which is similar to the new city..

if all the changes they did to the 2009 Civic are just cosmetic
we can easily spot on the ff.
* new foglamp shape (same as 2001 Civic's elliptical form).
* new grille
* new rims.

and dont like them any better than the current one. then no need to wait, buy now. as i'm sure u will get more discount with the 2007/2008 model.

but for me i'd only be ever interested again in a Civic is , then Honda starts to get serious and eliminate the roadnoise problem fm. entering the cabin.

i was advised yesterday by honda around may0 pa daw..i was thinking there might have been a small possibility sabay sila ng city e launch ng honda sa january 7 pero hindi pa daw

for sure yang new rims pang 2.0S-L lang.. baka same rims parin ang gamitin nila sa 1.8V & S. Ganun din ang ginawa sa USDM eh..

ganda nung front bumper ah.. parang Type R na. iba lang grills
